A really good stay, the house could have been cleaner, inside and out. Jacuzzi tub didn’t work. But overall a good stay, house was fully furnished with whatever you may have needed.

Great vacation spot

House was near everything on Kiawah Island. Short drive to beach and Freshfields Village and only about39 minutes to Charlestown.House was well stocked with everything and clean.

Great relaxing get away

This property is modern, clean, equipped with everything you could ever need. Bikes and beach chairs included. Having a gated community allowed us a peaceful stay at the beach and it wasn’t over crowded. Lovely place.

Very nice

Beds super comfortable. Great location for us. Quite. Response from management was great! Secondary Master Bathroom had some maintenance issues which will hopefully be addressed. Otherwise, wonderful stay.

Amazing home for a large family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Totally loved our stay here. All four bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms, the kitchen and home was incredibly well equipped, and there was plenty of room for the ten of us to spread out. I have rented many homes through VRBO and this is definitely one of the best. The property management company was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Golf Trip

Overall stay was fantastic and we liked the property. Only negatives were: Several shower valves were broken. Upstairs shower did not drain. TV remote for upstairs bedroom was missing

Cleanliness, overall maintenance, broken blinds, dead bugs, too far from beach, parking situation very difficult, furnishings need updating. Weather and view of golf course great.

Family Vacation

The property was outstanding! I am a Marriott Vacation Owner and I was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail at this property. Extra towels and linen was in a separate linen closet. Every imaginable item was available (i.e fully stocked laundry room, different sized sandwich bags,and several brooms).The only thing that wasn’t great was the obsolescence toilets(too low). Need to install comfort height commodes. The shrubbery also needs trimming and the ability to get local TV stations was difficult, Overall I rate the property a 9.7 out of 10.Clarence

Great home with plenty of room inside and very clean. The outside could use pressure washing and with a family of 8 with three vehicles, it’s very hard to get out of the driveway. Overall, we enjoyed it!

Great Trip

This property is wonderful. Excellent accommodations.. We attended a dance competition and we were at the competition the majority of the time...This house was perfect for us. Each bedroom had their own bathroom so that made it easy for all of us to get to our business destination on time. Thank you!!!

Lovely Family Vacation Spot with Golf Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure guests have everything they need. As others have mentioned, there are plenty of beach supplies in the garage (even bikes), oodles of beach towels, and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, gadgets, etc. each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a quick walk to the beach, even for an upright senior. We have used rentals all over the world, and this was definitely an easy stay...we look forward to returning.

Absolutely perfect!

We had a wonderful week! Laurie’s house was one of the best VRBO rentals we’ve stayed in. The house was beautiful and so clean. There was nothing we wished we had had, as the owners thought of it all. We really enjoyed preparing our meals in the beautiful well-stocked kitchen. We never ran out of clean towels and if we had, there was laundry detergent available. The location is perfect. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Comfortable and we'll furnished.

Our two families plus grandma and grandpa had a very nice week. There are 4 bedrooms ànd a total of 6 beds, so it is necessary to use the pull out in one of the bedrooms, but with two 8 year old girls that worked out. The house is well layed out and has all you need for an enjoyable week. We were particularly pleased with the available beach equipment.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was good. The house definitely needs some updating. For example the fridge had no ice or water on the door which is fairly unusual for 2021. The noisy spring mattress beds are also in need of a change. The bushes in front have grown out into the driveway which makes it difficult to move in and out of the garage. Overall though it was a decent place that simply needs some attention to detail.

Everything you need!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so surprised by all of the kitchen supplies. If you need it to bake, cook, serve, store - it’s in the kitchen!! They also had ample spices and coffee supplies!The towels were new and plentiful in the bathrooms and kitchen and they had so many towels for the beach!The garage was filled with boogie boards and chairs and sand toys. Everything you would need for a fun and comfortable day at the beach.The couches and beds were clean and comfy. The inside walls could use a paint job but that was the only maintenance concern. The house was close to night heron park and the beach but you have to cross the main road to get there. We have teens so it wasn’t too much of a concern. We really enjoyed our stay and all the extras put it over the top!
