Great Cabin with amazing views. It’s comfortable with bathrooms in each bedroom. We wished the garage was next to the home, the fact that it was separate made it hard to enjoy with all of the family. We also drove for the first time at night, we got lost for over an hour trying to find the cabin. Highly recommend arriving during daylight. It’s comfortable, it has everything you need and more…it was great to find condiments among other products that’s helped us like sunscreen, bug spray, etc. Thank you for a great stay.
Views were awesome! Driveway (8 minutes) could be challenging for some people, especially when a vehicle was coming the other way but we are country folk and had a blast on the driveway. Close to West Yellowstone and a small town rodeo only 10 minutes away.
Beautiful, very large multi-family house, fully equipped with all supplies and amenities you could wish for. The views are absolutely stunning and fully immersed in nature.
This property is beautiful. It is equipped with anything you might need for your stay. The views are beautiful. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and looking out at the mountains at night. It is just a short 25 minute drive to the West Yellowstone entrance. It was also only about a 20 minute drive to Island Park. We really enjoyed our vacation!
The home was clean and well stocked with TP, paper products and kitchen cooking items. There were small items (i.e., very loose toilet seats, light bulbs need replacing, and the windows toward the valley were very streaked when the sun shone in) which needed attention. These items, unless reported, might not be known by the owner, but certainly not a deal breaker. There was plenty of room, bathrooms and the home was well decorated. Enough room for large or multiple families to be together and eat together, which was important to us.The biggest issue, which we were warned about, was the access road. While the owner reported it has been re-graded and maintenance performed, we believe there must have been much rain to cause the wash outs and huge ruts in the road, especially at the bottom and the last turn into the drive. It was a white-knuckle journey every time. We did NOT have 4-wheel drive vehicles which was strongly recommended by the owner. The location to the park was great and we didn’t have to wait in line when arriving early in the morning to beat the crowds. We saw an abundance of wildlife until the end of the stay, Labor Day weekend, where animal sitings trickled way down due to the number of humans invading their park. We had a great time and made many memories, It’s a remarkable, beautiful area.
The views from this property are beautiful! The house Is very well equipped with necessary supplies. The remote venue took some getting used to for the first day. But then, we settled in well and enjoyed the experience.
The home was exactly as advertised and very well maintained. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The first drive up to the house was a bit "hairy" but after that we really enjoyed the drive.Communication with the property owner was great. He was very helpful in making recommendations and responding to questions we had.
I can't express how much I appreciated William's quick and informative replies to my questions and concerns. He was very thorough on letting us know what was in the area - from grocery stores to places to eat to attractions. Since our main reason for the trip was to go to Yellowstone and see Old Faithful, this was the perfect place to stay. He made sure that we were totally aware of the road leading to the property as it was an experience/adventure. He supplied a video of the drive. After a couple of trips, it wasn't as intense as the beginning. The house has a fantastic view and was totally equipped with what we needed. Our only disappointment was the landscaping. The outside grounds needed some TLC. William bent over backwards trying to get something done; but in the end was not able to rectify the issue. He did come through will an acceptable alternative that was greatly appreciated.I would recommend a stay here if you are looking for something Off The Beaten Path.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
Wonderful facility and well furnished. The drive up to the place is treacherous even for 4x4s - especially if it has rained recently. I would recommend that information be front & center in the initial location description. However, once there it is wonderful.
