About this property

Fantastic family getaway at the Bonanza Barn Retreat

Enough space inside and out to bring the whole family for a fantastic retreat. Enjoy outdoor activities such as swimming in the large in ground pool or hot tub, playing Bocce Ball or Horseshoes, sit around the fire pit and enjoy the peaceful country air.
Inside you will find a bar with a pool table, shuffleboard, darts and other games. There is a large sleeping loft with 6 twin sleeping cubbies and plenty of room for indoor play.
A large open concept chef’s kitchen and dining room with seating for 10-12.
Country quiet with access to nearby amenities (10-15 minutes to Roseville, Auburn and Folsom) Caretakers live on the property to maintain landscaping and pool,etc. but will not disturb you.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

great family home

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was well furnished and equipped. There were little touches that made us feel very welcome. The neighborhood is quiet. And the owners were super easy to communicate with. I would definitely rent here if we're ever in the area again.

Awesome retreat!

Great summer destination. Clean, private, lots of games/activities, big space, great for groups and multiple families. Very tasteful “farmhouse chic” throughout. Hosts were great and very responsive. Would gladly go back.

Amazing place to stay

One of the best rentals my group of friends has ever stayed at. The amount of detail and care for guests was very clear as soon as we arrived. We were all blown away and had a very fun time. Would stay again! Clean, stocked and just a very put together place. 5/5 stars. Thank you for having us and allowing us to use your space.

Amazing

We have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years for family gatherings and this has to be one of our favorites we have ever booked. It was exceptionally clean and spacious, perfectly accommodating our large family. It also was the best-stocked property we stayed at. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare big family meals, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels provided for everyone. The highlight for us was definitely the pool, which was clean and provided hours of fun for both kids and adults. The property also offered a variety of amenities and games that kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The pool misters were much appreciated during the heat wave. Overall, our experience here was exceptional, and we're already looking forward to coming back for future visits. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a well-equipped, comfortable, and enjoyable vacation rental experience.

Fantastic experience

I booked this house for my annual staff retreat because of its beauty and availability, but the experience far exceeded what we saw in pictures. The craftsmanship of the home and passion for our experience made this property incredible for all of us. We began with an amazing tour from the owner who carefully explained the history of the home, special aspects within and on the walls, and all of the personal touches added to enhance its uniqueness. Anytime I asked a question regarding care, supplies, or requirements my questions were met with punctuality and kindness. We were greeted with thoughtful treats, the closets and cabinets were stocked plentifully, and our stay was comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who enjoys comfort, cleanliness, personable owners, and is looking for a positive memorable experience.
