The house was nicely decorated, the landscaping was well managed, everyone was comfortable and gracious on the wonderful location and quality of the home.
This cozy house was in a good location and gave us a chance to visit with local family members.Enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and enjoyed the flow of the comfortable first floor living room, dining and large kitchen.

Thanks Joan. We appreciate how well you took care of the house even with a large family gathering. You are welcomed back anytime.
We came for a convention with our family. This home was very nice 8 min drive to downtown Toledo where we needed to be at. Home was clean, comfortable and just what our family needed.
You need not look any further - This house is a GEM!
This house is immaculate! The furnishing/decor is perfect, right down to the fancy siverware! This is pretty close to downtown, and in a great neighborhood. Everywhere we went was less than a 15 minute drive. Look NO further for the perfect house, this is IT!
We needed a vacation rental for a family funeral in Rossford, Ohio. There were very few rentals in Rossford. The ones in Toledo looked a little sketchy. This one was a little more expensive than the Toledo ones but the location made it worth it.
The house was very well stocked with absolutely everything you may need. Even baby/kid equipment, dishes and toys were there. The house was new, very clean and homey. One adult family member declared it the best rental we’ve rented.
Our 5 year old grandson wants to move to Ohio because the grass at the rental had “squishy and soft grass”.
The neighborhood has sidewalks and is very walkable. It is near “downtown” Rossford and it’s an easy drive to get on the Expressway. It’s also an easy 40 minute drive to the Detroit airport.
The title on this review says it all.

Thanks so much for your kind words. Come back anytime.
Our family (mom, dad, 2 kids, and also Grandma + Grandpa for a couple of nights) came from out of town for a large family gathering and stayed here for 5 nights. It was so much more comfortable than staying at a hotel! There was even a basket of toddler toys that was enjoyed by our 4yr old, and the kitchen had several plastic cups and plates that worked great for our kids.
Brian, Karen, and Scott keep this home in tip-top shape. Each room was thoughtfully arranged and decorated, it could be a model home for an interior design catalog.
We made a few simple meals in the kitchen which worked out great. It is stocked with plenty of pots, pans, tableware…basically anything and everything that we have in our kitchen back home.
In the backyard, yes you can hear the freeway, but it’s not a problem, and the neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and comfortable.
We ended up doing a load of laundry, and the hosts had provided everything (laundry soap, dishwasher pods, extra trash bags) to make us right at home. We appreciated being able to park our rental car inside the garage. We took advantage of some of the board games and children’s books, and even built a puzzle.
Thank you to the hosts for a great stay, we would definitely enjoy coming again.

About the host
Hosted by Brian Hughes
I grew up here in the local communities and know them well. I like providing a safe comfortable place for families who are here for something special like a wedding, to see a game or concert or visit family or want to use this as a base to take day trips in any direction from here.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is friendly and yet private. It is a safe area with a variety of trees (thus the name Arbor Hills). You will see children playing and people walking their dog. Yet is is close to everything.
What makes this property unique
It is comfortable and yet very conveniently located to a lot of attractions within a 2 hour driving radius since we are near the longest east west highway and one of the longest north south highways in the United States.
