Newly remodeled home in Ligonier. Quiet 3 bedroom 3 full bath located a short walk from the Diamond. Comfortable bedrooms w/ streaming TV. All new amenities and appliances. 3 Minute walk to town for shopping, food and historic sites. Idlewild Park, Storybook Forest and the SoakZone are minutes away for the kids to play. Family reunions, corporate retreats or just a get away with friends are all welcome. Enjoy golf, skiing, hiking or fishing in the Laurel Highlands area. Multiple public golf courses and/or ski resorts available and within a 20 minute drive. And take in a little history at Fort Ligonier which is only a .5mile walk. Property is equipped with exterior security cameras.

Remove all food/beverages, trash is taken out, thermostat set at 70 degrees (baseboard heaters off), all TV’s, lights, water turned off. Outdoor grill and heater gas off. Towels in 2nd floor bathtub.

This is a lovely house with plenty of room for everyone! It’s very close to both the center of town, and Idelwild, which is a ten minute drive. Our family enjoys our vacation here, and we will keep returning!

Amazing property!

The house was beautiful, spacious and modern yet homey. The location is a short walk to restaurants and shops. Anthony, our host was very responsive to any questions we had. My family and I will definitely stay here again when we are in town!

We loved our stay and Anthony was an incredible host. The place is walking easy distance to downtown (we had strollers) and about 7 minutes from Idlewild. We will stay here again when we come back!

Beautiful home in terrific neighborhood

This home has been renovated with great care from top to bottom. Lots of space including front and back porches. Plenty of parking and walking distance to restaurants etc. Great amenities and coffee bar were appreciated! We hope to return soon!

Mr Rogers sojourn

We did a family trip to see Mr. Rogers sites and visit Polymath Park. Anthony's property was ideally located and more than adequate and his kindness and communicatiion regarding our unique situation was really the reason we decided to rent from him. The only recommendation we suggest is for a few more everyday things be included in the furnishings, e.g. beside tables, lamps, dishcloths, dish detergent. We loved the town and the house was so convenient to everything. Thank you, Anthony

Magazine Pretty - A Few Blind Spots in Usefulness

Very fresh remodel, Crate & Barrel style - aesthetically pleasing & comfy, plenty of large plusses if you were going to spend all of your time at the house. But if you just need an easy place to stay for a 3 day event, it's minus a number of small creature comforts like bedside outlets & lamps, blow dryer, spices/condiments, labels for myriad of light switches - all easy fixes I'm sure they will address. The only off-street parking is kinda hidden/quirky, but it works. Quiet neighborhood.

Surprisingly Great

I was expecting an older home with older decor. I was wrong. It was very modern and well appointed. It was very clean. I would love to stay there again. The owners were only contacted once about how to get into the house and they responded immediately. Perfect. I would not recommend it if you have someone who could not handle steps. A bit of a climb from the curb to the house and all bedrooms are on second floor. But it was wonderful.
