The master suite has a vaulted ceiling with wooden beams and a ceiling fan. The suite encompasses the entire second floor and includes a full bathroom, a queen bed, an office nook, 3 closets, multiple dressers, a large stone fire place, 50" tv and a private deck that overlooks the natural ponds on the property. An additional twin bed can be set up in the master suite upon request. The master bathroom is equipped with a shower/bathtub, towels, hair dryers and hand soaps.

The first floor bedroom contains 2 twin beds, dresser, ceiling fan, 43" tv, a large closet and a folding twin size bed. The first floor bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, hair dryer and hand soaps.

Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, including a coffee bar w/Keurig (variety of pods provided), air fryer, toaster oven dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The open floor plan on the first floor includes a dining room with hard wood floors and table with seating for 6 (table extensions provided upon request). The large living room includes a hardwood floors, a large stone fireplace, 50" tv, couch, recliners and a beautiful view of the surrounding property. A large wooden deck is accessible from the living room and is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the scenery.

A first floor laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available. The entrance of the house leads into a foyer with a custom stone floor. Outdoor lighting, outdoor furniture, electric grill, WiFi, AC and forced heat are additional amenities at the house. Plenty of warm and cozy extra blankets are provided, as well as multiple board games, cards and puzzles are included to occupy your time on a rainy day. Go for a walk around one of the natural ponds to catch a glimpse of some of the wildlife that call them home. No boating, fishing, swimming or wading is allowed in the natural ponds.

The 1st and 2nd floors of the house are included in the rental, the basement, garage & spring house are not included. Guests have access to the house through the front door with a keyless entry pad code based on each reservation. A physical key to the house is not provided. There are also external cameras at the property.
