Enjoy amazing unobstructed views of the Moab Rim and breathtaking sunrises & sunsets. The property has ample parking for multiple vehicles, trailers, SXS's, jeeps & other adventure vehicles. Enjoy the convenient laundromat on property to clean up and prep for your next adventure.

Spacious, modern, industrial apartment. Great hot tub! Near highway but we couldn’t hear any street noise inside. Kitchen is huge. Primary bath is great. Do be advised the two additional bedrooms are windowless interior rooms. This did not bother the family members staying in them but I feel like it might bother some people. The laundromat downstairs is clean and convenient. Great spot for Arches and Canyonlands.

Amazing place to stay in Moab. It was clean and provided everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a plus after lots of hiking in Arches National Park. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would stay here again when visiting Moab.

Great find!

I highly recommend staying here! It was clean and spacious. Tyler and Haley thought of everything and went above and beyond any other place we have stayed. The hot tub was great after a day on the trails, beds were comfortable and it was well stocked with everything you need. Tyler was quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation!

We visit Moab frequently. This VRBO location was one of our favorite places to date. The home was immaculate and exactly as the pictures showed. My daughters loved the hot tub, which was nice to have all to ourselves after a long day of hiking. The beds were spacious and comfortable, and the large TVs were terrific. We used the gas BBQ grill, and it worked great. The location wasn't too far from Moab and was very quiet. We loved the red rock view from the balcony and windows. We hope to be back soon!
