The unit was clean and well maintained and the condo complex was attractively landscaped. It is located in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood but easily accessible to surrounding activities. The operator was very attentive. We would definitely consider another stay with our next visit.

Amazing property.
This property was meticulously well kept, the grounds were immmaculate. The neighborhood, well it had quite a few properties and residents, however the units were very quiet. Had a minor oversight on something and contacted thehost and it was remedied in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent stay in Pasadena
The condo is an a very good location, minutes by car to attractions and shops. Grocery is a 10 min walk. Underground parking and also chargers available for Ecars. The agent was responsive and helpful. The unit was in excellent shape. Very clean. Recommend it highly

Great condo
The place is great. It is very spacious and you can tell it is new. We had everything we needed minus a few things that would have been nice, wine glasses, extra dish towels, things like that. It was easy access after we figured out where to go to get in. Parking is great and easy. No real complaints. I would go back there again.

Comfy, quiet, beautiful!
This is one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. My father enjoyed himself so much that he plans on bringing my mother back when they come and visit. It’s super clean, the beds are super comfy and the place is very functional with a lot of household products that you may need. Warren is so responsive and super helpful. The water pressure in the master bathroom is a little weak, but it has a good temperature. All in all, I would definitely stay again.

Clean, Quiet, and Convenient
This place has changed our views on where we stay when traveling. Normally we try to maximize the amount of time spent out of hotels to avoid feeling like we're trapped in a box. This unit, however, became a memorable part of our trip, providing ample space, convenient location to whatever we needed, and a nice AC to cool down from the heat. The owner was great in quickly resolving a garage access issue we came across. We look forward to booking this place again when visiting Pasadena in the future.

Clean and easy but really empty.
The place was lovely, clean, airy, and well-appointed, furniture-wise. There were, however, no washcloths, ONE dishtowel, (no extras in a drawer), one hand towel between two bathrooms, and no extra bath towels. No sugar, no coffee filters, and a total of four teaspoons. We ran the dishwasher twice in five days. I bought some washcloths and sugar for coffee. None of this would prevent me from asking to rent the place again, but it was surprising to find when we arrived.

I'm so sorry about the inconveniences you experienced. If we had learned this earlier, we definitely would have provided you with all the items mentioned in your review.
We hire professional cleaners to clean our units to clean our units and inform us what items need to be replenished.
It's obvious our cleaners failed to let us know that there were not enough of these items in the unit.
We will make sure this will never happen again.
