Beautiful, quaint, 3 bedroom 2 bath home, sunny newly renovated, piano, hottub, Jacuzzi bath tub. sits 2nd from gorgeous private ocean beach with lifeguards, wireless internet, a/c, ceiling fans to move the ocean breeze. gated back deck, upper deck ocean view. **Short Rentals will be considered.** all amenities included. also extra bedroom and bath available if needed for additional cost. near all, restaurants, bars, casinos, tennis, golf, shopping, LIRR to Manhattan, Wineries,

Please Note:

summer rates for June July August is $21,000 per month. Negotiable for multiple months. May is cheaper so is September October. Lets talk about it.

$5000 per week and/or Holiday weekend like July 4th and Labor Day and Memorial day 4 day weekends if Full month is not rented.

Again lets talk about your needs and we will work together.


There is a clean fee of $150 per month and a Utility fee of $500 per month as well this will be added to the quote after the Booking Request is sent.
