Create unforgettable memories in Long Beach, NY this summer! This spotless, well-designed modern Spanish style home will offer you the comfort and convenience you want in a rental. The house was completely renovated in 2015. Enjoy family meals with an open concept, newly renovated kitchen (2019). The home is a five minute walk to the nearest white sand beach and is a cab ride away from the west end shops and restaurants. Two parking spots and central air included along with use of four seasonal beach passes. House is delivered immaculate and professionally cleaned!

Wonderful Beachside Vacation

Jenna was a pleasure to deal with-responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any question. The house is impeccable, well laid out, and comfortable. All beach needs are provided.My sister and I are Long Beach natives, and this house 5 minutes from the beach will give you a perfect beach vacation. Sitting on the porch is a delight. Incredible place with communicative host

This house is incredible! Great location, clean, and has every amenity you would want. Communicative, friendly, and responsible hosts who think of everything. My family and I stayed for a beach weekend and loved it so much we went back a few months later! If you’re thinking about renting this house, do if. You won’t be sorry!

This is an excellent vacation spot with the family! It is super clean and spacious! This house offers more than we expected! We had an execellent stay! It’s also a convenient location right near the beach! We would love to stay again with the family!

Renovated Beach House.

Jenna and Ed provided our family of 4 everything we needed for our week at the beach (5 minute walk). The house is clean and recently renovated. Ample space with a large living room and dining room. Bathrooms were spotless. Comfy king bed in the master. The TV room/3rd bedroom was spacious with seating for 6-8. Kitchen was well equipped with a small table and chairs. The front porch with a grill was quaint spot for morning coffee. Access to a garage gave us space to store our bikes, wagon, and beach gear. Jenna provided 4 beach passes, 4 chairs, umbrella, blanket, and volleyball set. We also had use of the washer and dryer in the garage. Jenna and Ed provided a binder with instructions for our stay as well as an extended list of restaurants and local events. They even checked in with us in the middle of the week to see if we had any questions. We had the most relaxing week at the beach while our kids enjoyed surf camp. Can’t wait until our next stay.
