Wonderful

They will not let you set the a/c below 72 which is not ideal when the rooms get very hot from the sunlight. The property was beautiful though and the beds comfortable.
Everything was exactly as it was presented to us thru Vrbo. The accommodations and location were great. Really made a beach trip easy and relaxing to have it directly on the beach with umbrella and chair service included.

Liked: Communication, location
The property is beach front but our room was not. The condos are accessed from the inside- like an Embassy Suites. The day of arrival we were sent the code to get in the room but not the code to get onto the property- the gate to the garage and the lobby. Security at the the condo was very nice and very helpful. The floors of the condo were dirty. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. There were several maintenance issues that were addressed in a reasonable amount of time. Beach chairs and umbrella included were nice but beach was very crowded and we were put on the back row despite requesting front row and tipping.Location was good and close to restaurants but not within walking distance.

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Lack of communication with the host from beginning; despite repeated attempts to just clarify certain things we arrived by check-in and still no communication as to how to enter the unit. I had to finally call reservations, and he could offer no explanation, but sent the entry code; however, only to the unit - there is a gate code you need as well to access the parking garage - had to inquire again for that. Other things that were just aggravating with the host, which I may add is a property rental company, not individuals (will not do that again). When we last stayed at this property the rental unit was owned by a couple, who were helpful and communicative.
The Condo was perfect for our party of 6. All beds were comfortable and clean. The property secure guard, Derek, was over the top in a bad way. The beach chair company was very aggravating, too. Chairs were reserved and sat empty all day. We were out on the back side row when we sat and watched all the front row cheers sit empty all day. The beach property lines in 30a have taken on a new level of frustration. It was like you trapped in a play pen and cannot go over the line. Literally, the property secure guard, Derek, stood guard watching to make sure no one’s crosses over the line. I’ve been vacating in 30a for over 10 years and this will be our last vacation in this area. I was hoping Blue Mountain Beach would have been different from the other 30a beaches but unfortunately it is the same crowds.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that the condo itself was perfect for your party of six and that you found the beds clean and comfortable.
However, we are incredibly sorry to hear about the intense frustrations you experienced regarding the beach restrictions and property enforcement. While we are glad the unit met your expectations, we completely understand how the rigid property lines and crowded shores impacted the relaxed vacation experience you were hoping for.
Please note that both the onsite security staff and the beach chair setups are managed entirely by the property’s HOA and independent beach vendors, rather than our rental management team. We have no direct control over their enforcement policies or row assignments, but we take our guests' experiences seriously. We will absolutely pass your feedback along to the HOA board and the beach service managers to make them aware of how these strict measures are impacting loyal, long-term visitors to the area.
We truly appreciate your loyalty to the 30A region over the past decade, and we deeply regret that this trip fell short of the standard you enjoy. Thank you again for sharing your insights with us
The location and property were as advertised! Very spacious condo with ample storage. Perfect for our needs. Very clean. Love that the beach chairs were included. Reserve chairs ASAP.
Condo was clean and updated. Had a nice size balcony with plenty of sitting. The area felt safe with security codes needed to enter pool area and buildings. Access to beach was convenient. Favorite part of the condo itself was it felt open and inviting with all the natural light. Covered parking for one car with access to carts for loading. Additional parking available outside of parking garage. Easy access to bikes and beach accessories.
Amazing experience and new favorite place! We will be back!!!
