Custom 4-bedroom home, boat slip, fenced backyard, pool & paved bike path.

Welcome to our home, located in a private and quiet area less than a mile from historic Cape Charles.
Our property offers quick access to the Chesapeake Bay and includes a boat slip available for vessels up to 17 feet & a kayak launch. The spacious backyard features a gas grill, firepit, corn hole boards, a putting green, and a covered porch. Inside, you can enjoy the scenery from the large open kitchen and living area.
Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the gourmet kitchen, equipped with a Viking gas cooktop, beverage fridge, undercounter icemaker, bar area, and an RO water dispenser. The house also has an automatic generator. For your convenience, we provide linens, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, beach chairs, and beach towels.
Please note the following details regarding your stay:
- Community Pool & Pickleball/Tennis Courts: Within walking distance.
- Bike Trail: Cape Charles has a new paved bike path that you can access right across the main road and ride into the historic downtown within 5 minutes.
- Security: To ensure safety while valuing your privacy, there is a security camera on the front of the house; it is only monitored if necessary.
- The POA requires all guests to sign an agreement. Please fill out completely, sign and return this document upon booking.
- Boat Slip: If you plan to use the boat slip or bring a trailer, please email boat make, model and length so we can inform the dockmaster. NOTE: only one boat is permitted in driveway.
- No events and only registered guests are permitted on the property.

This property definitely surpassed our expectations!!! It was a tiny bit of luxury in a cute quaint town. The house was so comfy, it kind of made it hard to explore the town. We just wanted to sit in the backyard and relax. The area is perfect, close to the beach and great restaurants. Perfect for families! My son loved the pool and all the rabbits and birds in the area. My family and I are already planning our next trip back.

Our stay at this property was very relaxing and comfortable. Linda was very quick to reply to our comments/questions. The house is exactly as advertised on VRBO and it exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is well-appointed, spacious and modern, so we enjoyed cooking in for breakfasts and a couple of dinners. Since this is a new house, it’s in great shape with all amenities being clean and in working order. We did use the pool one day of our stay, which was nice.If you are into bike riding for exploration, the town just finished a paved bike path that you can pick up just across the main road (Stone Road). In 5 minutes you can easily ride into downtown Cape Charles. I would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to this area for vacation.

The house was beautiful and extremely clean. The boat slip was perfect for our boat. The communication with the homeowner was beyond easy and the responses were extremely fast when we had any questions. I would absolutely suggest this house to anyone that wants to see Cape Charles, but wants a more quiet and quaint area to stay. I myself will be renting again in the future.

Rob and Linda were wonderful to work with. It’s a beautiful home with great amenities. Very clean. The backyard is an oasis. We spent most nights by the fire pit and playing bags. I highly recommend this home.
