Beautiful Beachfront Loft

Aria Oceans is a beachfront condominium in Nuevo Vallarta between Bucerias and Paradise Village. Our spacious loft is on the ground floor and is steps away from a stunning double infinity pool and the beach.

Providing everything you need to relax and enjoy your holiday. From the master suite on the second floor overlooking the natural greenery and
Ocean. To the main floor that gathers everyone together for cooking, dining, lounging or relaxing on the balcony. Lastly, a gateway to the basement where the second bedroom, a bathroom, and the laundry room are.

Each floor has a bathroom and air conditioning.

Enjoy local adventures by visiting Vallarta Adventure and try deep-sea fishing, zip-lining, horseback riding, or whale watching. Get touristy by taking a day trip to Punta Mita, Puerto Vallarta or Sayulita. Or stay in and enjoy food and drinks from the in-house restaurant by the pools.

Wonderful vacation

The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable and beautifully set up for a family vacation. Aria Ocean is a jewel along the lovely beaches of Banderas Bay. Owner Dianne was helpful in every possible way. Great holiday.

Beautiful Beachfront

We enjoyed our stay at the Aria. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was easy with excellent communication with the owner. The location on the beach is wonderful and where we spent most days. The poolside restaurant was very convenient for snacks, drinks, lunch or an occasional dinner. Th sunsets are amazing! Will return!

Excellent location near bucerias and right on beach.

Pros: great beach, large clean pools, wonderful master bedroom, spacious, multiple fans and air conditioners, well equipped - everything you need, close to groceries and Bucerias, attentive owner/manager, comfy beds, newly renovated, away from construction - can't hear from this unit. Cons: 2nd bedroom with two queens is in basement where it is a bit stuffy, loud music until about 10pm from resort to south.

Amazing stay!

From the very start of our booking the host had amazing communication. Our questions were always answered quickly and thoroughly. Instructions were clear for arrival, during the stay and departure. The condo itself had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay including sand toys and boogie boards. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was very clean. The condo complex was clean and had very friendly staff. We loved the pools and proximity to the beach. The location was great for exploring the various towns around and we enjoyed having grocery stores within walking distance. We could not have asked for a better stay!

Nice condo

Overall the condo was ok. It is well stocked with everything you would need. There wasn’t an oven, but there was an electric roasting oven for us to cook our Christmas turkey. There was construction, a new tower being built. The pool was very cold, so we didn’t use it, no beach chairs or umbrellas, so we didn’t use the beach in front of the property. Our stay was pleasant and we had a great family vacation.

Awesome place to pass the winter

We spent two months at this condo and have nothing but good to say about our stay. The place is very well equipped with everything you could want and more! We spent more than one evening on the patio, barbecuing some nice chops and just enjoying paradise. Downstairs has a good sized bedroom and bathroom as well as laundry. Main level is kitchen/living/dining space, and upstairs is a nice master suite with ensuite. There is a property manager close by and he is very reachable via email or phone. The owners are very accommodating and easy to deal with. While it's true that the complex has had it's issues in the past, things are definitely on the upswing, and new improvements are visible very often. The pool area is very nice and well kept. The beach is magnificent and only steps away from the condo complex. A short walk into Bucerias for Happy Hour and dinner, then a 6 dollar cab ride back to the condo - doesn't get any better! In short, we were very much at home here for 2 months (which is exactly what we were looking for when we made the arrangements). We would definitely go back again, given the chance.

Month away with our kiddos

Things that are most important: There are beach toys located in the basement bedroom as well as pool toys. Boogie boards are under a bed. Beach towels are in the basement vanity. If you visit the Mega, Comer or Walmart you need your own cloth bags which are located in the kitchen cabinet. These are a 20-25 min walk from the condo or 75 pesos taxi cost one way. The Villa Palmar has a very basic grocery store that is a 10 min walk. The property is as described. The beach is close and has easy access. The pool has lounge chairs and cabanas as well as bar service. The water for your shower is never very warm, it is mostly cooler water, but this was not an issue for us after being in the sun all day. We traveled with 4 children and this location worked very well for our family to stay in. There is a bonus "room" upstairs (old storage area) that has a mattress and made a perfect room for our youngest child. The Samba nextdoor is always loud until around 11pm, however it is fun music and entertainment and was never a bother. The Samba also offers a day pass $$ so if you would like a pool with slides for children you can visit for the day from 10am-6pm, and have access to all of the food and drinks offered as an all inclusive pass. Sayulita is a 35 min taxi ride for a van (we have a family of 6) it is 700 pesos one way, but well worth it. Bucieras has amazing street tacos and some shopping and is 100 pesos one way. Puerto Vallarta is about 20 minutes by taxi and was 350 pesos one way. The staff all speaks Spanish very well, but they speak almost no English which made communication a little difficult. We never had an issue with the condo during our stay, the food at the restaurant is good, communication from the owner is very quick, and overall we enjoyed our stay. There are many visiting guests from Canada at this resort and all were such lovely people to speak with. There is not an abundance of children here as most of the owners seem to be older, retired men and women. The security at the gate was always friendly and helpful, even with a language barrier. We spent 3 weeks in this condo and it felt like home. I would recommend this condo to another guest and believe you will enjoy your stay as well!

Nice condo on main level

Main level was nice, big BBQ on patio which worked well, fridge worked well, but a musky smell in basement bedroom/bathroom seeing that it is below grade.

Great place

The location was a bit difficult for cabs to find, however once we were more aware of our surroundings they were great. The apartment was very spacious, kitchen very well equipped, fantastic new grill, lots of beach chairs,toys,towels, It was great having washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. It is a home away from home for the owners, which is respected. Thank you Dianne and John.

As advertised

We enjoyed our 2wks at "Aria Ocean". There seemed to be confusion with cab drivers when we said Aria Flamingos. It's in the Flamingos area though. The unit certainly has everything one could need. The construction is on the north side, and this unit is on the far south side, so you don't have a pool view, but a nice short cut around the back stairs to a piece of sand above the beach, which we loved, with some great sun shades, and not to many people. I was in the basement room, yes dark, but enjoyed the comfy bed, and traditional Mexican styled bathroom/shower. Could use some editing. Upstairs bedroom is very nice and big. Noise from Samba is done by 10ish no big deal. Cabs are easy to get thru front desk, you can walk to Mega in +15-20mins. There is also a deli/grocery store at Villa del Palmar to the north +5 for nessisities. Walk to Bucerias is +25 mins on beach and if u take the back road +20. The restaurant on site is excellent, they also do beach service, great price and guys are fantastic. Dianne was very quick with responses, thank for the use of your unit.

Spring Break Mexico 2016

What a great location, this was our first time to Mexico and our first VRBO. Dianne was awesome as was Colin. Our friends were in the same location and said how much our condo was so much more like home than theirs. Everything that we needed was there. Instructions to the mega and different restaurants was great. Having a bbq to cook with was great. We are definitely looking to go back and hopefully we will be able to rent this property again. LOVED everything about it!!

5 weeks of bliss

Just returned from 5 wonderful weeks spent in this condo. Feeling at home in a strange place is the highest compliment anyone can give. We felt so much at home that today preparing lunch [at home] I kept looking for the pot where it was kept in the condo. [similar set up as mine at home]The kitchen is equipped with Lagostina pots and pans, slow cooker, ice maker....you name it you have it. Although at home we are used to King bed we were very comfortable in the Queen. Don't let Samba-side scare you off. Other than a rare Karaoke night the music between little after 8 until 10:00 pm is very pleasant we enjoyed it. Nightly entertainment for the fraction of the price. The condo is on 3 levels and if you are a reasonably fit person it should not bother you, contrary: beautiful view from the upstairs bedroom balcony sitting in a very comfortable cushioned rattan chairs sipping on your favourite liquid. Oh...did I mention?...we are in the lower range of 70's...and with a clear conscience I can recommend it to anyone who likes to live in a clean comfortable place at home and away. We have owned our condo since 2007 and spend many holiday vacations there with our friends and family. We have 6 wonderful children and 7 grandkids. My husband is retired and loves to spend time in the sun. I am still working full time as a nurse so unfortunately we only get to spend short periods at the condo. We love the Mexican culture and the beautiful beaches in Neuvo Vallarta
