What a beautiful property! The beachfront view was amazing, there was so much to do, so many things to see and the property allowed for inside and outside enjoyment. Roxane is a perfect host. Highly recommended.

This place is beautiful, right on the beach and perfect for a nice relaxing getaway. The pullout couches aren't the most comfortable (when are they really) so if you need to use them maybe bring a mattress pad. But everything else is wonderful. Roxanne is an amazing host and answers very quickly and the resort has so much to do you will never be bored. Definitely going back next year!

Roxane was a great host. She greeted us with home made spring rolls that were delicious. There was an issue with one of the umbrellas, and she immediately arrived with a new one. The kitchen was well equipped except for a "sharp" knife. There is a full size fridge. The main bedroom is small but the bed was very comfortable. The pullout sofa mattress was saggy and uncomfortable. The second bedroom with the bunks is "very" small. Good for children only. The TV's required Netflix, Prime etc. No regular cable TV. The outside deck of this trailer is the highlight. Overlooking the beach (but no access from deck). BBQ, fire table. seating and outdoor dining table were wonderful. Lots of games, videos, books to choose from. The golf cart is an added bonus. I would recommend this trailer for couples, families with small children. Just one final comment. Checkout is 10 a.m. which is quite early. I understand this during peak season(for housekeeping) however we were there Sept. 26-28. Perhaps that could be negotiated.

This is a lovely spot for a family or friends. Roxane is a wonderful host and maintains her property extremely well. She is very responsive and cares about her renters. We will certainly be back!

Beautiful Spot on the Beach!

We enjoyed two beautiful days at Roxane's cottage on Elco Beach at Sherkston Shores. Check in was seamless, and the cottage was very tidy and had all of the comforts needed for a great stay. Roxane was a great host, we look forward to another stay!

It was an awesome experience, very convenient by being right on the beach, views were gorgeous every morning and night, quiet street, cottage had everything we needed and more. The fire ban was a little annoying but there is nothing we can do about it. Would definitely recommend the location

Excellent stay!!

Location at resort and the cottage was outfitted perfectly for what we needed!! Stayed with 3 boys under 9 and Grandma. Everyone fit perfectly and the boys having their own living room and tv was great for winding down after busy days on the beach and water park. We had a great time!! Thank you for an awesome vacation!!

Great water front cottage!

Roxanne and her husband were great to work with. They came over to check on us a couple times. Brought us some delicious hot spring rolls our first night, Which were delicious. The place was clean and comfortable for a family of 4-5. Would highly recommended And rent from them again!

Family holiday

We loved being right at the water, sunsets/rises were beautiful. Spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the weather. The only drawback was the abundance of wasps that took over any food or drink. We definitely recommend bringing a few traps with you.

Heavenly view!

I rented this place to spend some quality time with four of my grandchildren and let me tell you they had a blast! The property is equipped with everything you could need for your stay. There was so much for them to do between the water park and the fabulous beach. The view of the lake from the cottage deck is spectacular! Roxane even brought us some scrumptious homemade spring rolls!

Beach life

Beautiful view of Lake Erie off the back deck. We had an issue w the lockbox, our fault, w/in 5 mins the owner was there to help us. We ask for a map of the gated area . When we got back from dinner it was ttaped on the door.

We had a fantastic family getaway! The host Roxane was absolutely fabulous and the cottage was exactly as described. Nothing beats the waterfront beach view completely unobstructed. The cottage had everything we needed and fully functional. We would definitely book here again, we had a memorable vacation!
