This property suited our needs perfectly! It was just far enough away from all the activity so that we could enjoy some quiet while being close enough to walk to all the places we wanted to visit around St. George Street.The house was stocked well with everything we needed. It was also very comfortable! The next time we are in St. Augustine, we will definitely plan to stay here again.

We had a few questions about the property and Heather responded like very promptly. It was such a cozy little place on the street where there was no traffic as far as cars go. I enjoyed it very much and I would stay there again without hesitation. In the mornings walking to the breakfast, restaurants and back, including getting your food less than 15 minutes amazing atmosphere. Of course Saint Augustine city is the best of the best as well. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Casa De Sol in St. Augustine. The cottage is so comfortable and is equipped with everything you need. In fact, it is hands down the best equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in. Communication with the host was helpful and always prompt. It is also super quiet so every night is a good night’s sleep. We enjoyed the location too as it is a short and easy walk to most everything in the historic area so once parked you can walk everywhere. Thanks for hosting us!

We had an excellent stay. The house is well appointment and the hosts have thought of everything. We have stayed in St. Augustine many times and this was by far our favorite location. It is great to be able to step out and be minutes from the great attractions.

The house is located on a very quiet Dead End Street perfectly situated for quiet nights on the porch or walking the approximate one block to the entertainment area, St George Street. A short 10 minute drive will get you to the beaches, there's free parking at Splash Zone next to the fishing pier along with multiple restaurants to choose from for lunch. The house was equipped with everything that you could want for your stay, the host has thought of all your needs, we have already booked a return trip next year.

The house was fully stocked, very clean, beds were very comfortable and location was absolutely perfect! The home is located on a quiet street, yet in the heart of everything. Heather was great to work with - very quick to respond. Heather made sure our pups were treated special too by providing toys and mats to lay on. The house is only 2 blocks from Flagler College, which made it an easy walk to visit our Flagler student.Thanks Heather!

Perfect getaway

First time in st Augustine and it was the perfect location! Spacious accommodations and coffee bar was amazing!!!!!! They provided absolutely everything you could need.

Great place. We walked to everything except the beach (easy drive). Clean, comfortable, quiet, very well appointed. Loved the porch (with the fun festive lights) and the coffee bar. The snacks and pet supplies were a nice touch. Our pooch also enjoyed and we appreciated the pet friendly. Responsive host with great detailed instructions. Easy check in and out. We left an item and the host found and offered to ship back. Would stay again.

Beautiful house in an absolutely great location. Didn’t need for anything. They had chairs, bikes, beach towels, beach blanket and a tent. All the amenities in the kitchen. Cute, quiet street. Would stay here anytime we are back in town.

Even more perfect than it sounds

The description for this rental doesn’t adequately describe how awesome it is. Location is amazing and it’s such a comfortable spot to relax after walking to the sights all day. Communication with the hosts was prompt and very courteous, we had no problems while here but feel like they would have been very attentive if one had presented itself. Will be staying here again when we return next year.

Lovely cottage close to everything!

The most charming cottage! Attention to detail was paid to everything. Beds were cozy, house was clean, we needed for nothing. The house is so close to everything that we parked the car when we arrived and didn’t get back in until we departed. Would highly recommend!

This cottage was safe and close to all of downtown within walking distance. Beautifully decorated. Quiet street. Loved the dog stroller for our fur babies. Air conditioning was perfect. Felt like home. Beds were super comfortable too. This is important when you’re spending a week away from home. Everything you need is in the house. Loved having access to the beach chairs too. Neighbors were friendly. The only thing that would prevent us from rebooking is the driveway and the street itself. It’s not really a street but an alleyway on a dead end street. So no one vehicle can be on it at the same time. We managed to get our Nissan Pathfinder in the parking spot, It’s amazing that it was not damaged in doing so. If I was parking , I would have left it sit at the end of Cordova.! The unit does come with a residential parking pass for the next street over. However, I want to be able to keep an eye on my vehicle, Especially since we are in an unfamiliar neighborhood. I only put emphasis on these details because it was not very clear in the listing. Just be aware that there is NO yard and NO room for error in terms of parking. Two golf carts cannot pass on this street. A economy car may be your best choice. Mojos BBQ across the street is some of the best in the South, Columbia Restaurant is excellent too.

We also send parking details immediately after booking explaining that the road is narrow and dead-end with limited turnaround space, along with information about the included parking permit for the neighboring street. Hidden gem in the heart of St Augustine. 2 blocks (walking distance) from St George St. Home was super welcoming to us and our pup. Extremely clean and well furnished. The property owner went above and beyond with all the little extras, which we greatly appreciated. Extra pillows, dog treats, a fully stocked coffee bar. It felt more like home than a vacation stay. Parking is tight. My car fit. My husand's full size truck would not have. Overall a great place to stay.
