This 7 Bed/ 2 Full Bath Shore retreat is a 2 Family home with the lower unit offering 3 beds/1 full bath and the top unit offering 4 beds/1 full bath. This coastal oasis offers the perfect blend of modern comfort & seaside living, with many updates throughout. Also includes a washer/dryer unit on each floor, as well as two outdoor showers. There is plenty of room on the spacious decks for grilling or entertaining, plus shared yard space below. The top and lower units can each be rented separately for $4k/week. Please inquire. NO PETS & NO SMOKING, Please.
