One block from the beach! Newly renovated home that has 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths plus an outside shower and central air. Home is great for family fun and entertaining - fenced-in yard, very large deck, grill and outside shower. Comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. This home is on a quiet residential street with off-street parking. We will consider your request for a pet to join in on the vacation fun and request an additional pet fee and more information on your fur-family member. Just walk to the beach and relax! We discount our rates in the off-season (Fall, Winter, Early Spring). Sorry but we DO NOT rent to prom groups, graduation groups or parties under 25 years of age. We do not include beach badges. Message me for off season rental rates.

Beautiul Place

Enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room. I love the openness when you first come in. Quiet street. Location was perfect to everything, including seaside's boardwalk. Would highly recommend!!

Silver Beach Home

Had a great time. Home was exactly as described in listing. We had a short walk to beach and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

Love this house, we will be back next summer!

We rented for this fantastic house for 2nd year in a row and will definitely be renting again next summer. This house is so spacious and nicely appointed. The Kitchen has everything you might need so we didn't have to worry about bringing anything with us. There are plenty of towels, sheets and blankets and all seemed to be brand new. We especially loved the Keurig machine and enjoyed having coffee on the back deck in the mornings. We have young children and the short walk to the beach was perfect for. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and the house was very clean and ready to go when we arrived. The beach in this area is fantastic and not overly crowded. Also, we love that this house is a short ride to Point Pleasant or Sea Side to take the kids for a night of fun on the boardwalk but then return to peace and quiet. I know from experience that this house books up quickly in the summer months so if you are interested, my advice is to book early, we intend to!

Great Family Vacation

This is a comfortable home in a great location. Nice open floor plan on first floor with generous sized bedrooms which allowed all of us to spread out and relax. Theresa was a very responsive and communicative host who genuinely wanted to address any concern and do whatever was needed for us to enjoy our stay.

Back to the beach

This was our first trip to Lavallette in many years. Wanted the grandchildren to experience a week at the shore, and they loved it. House was spacious enough for our family, nicely decorated and well stocked for our needs.

Fabulous location

My family and I gathered here for a lovely week at the shore. This house is perfectly located - one block to the left is a beautiful, clean, quiet beach and one block to the right was the bay, with a fantastic playground in the sand for the kids. We spent the morning on the playground and the afternoons on the beach. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Theresa, the owner, was very responsive and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great little house, highly recommend!

My husband and I rented this home with our adult children, 2 children, mother-in-law and 2 Labrador Retrievers. There was plenty of room! Everything was very clean and modern. The beds were comfortable, and linens were nice. There is a queen-sized bedroom on the first floor (which was nice for our mother-in-law who cannot do stairs). The home is located one block from the beach- a very easy less-than-five-minute walk. The home has a back deck with nicer furniture, and is fenced in which was nice for the dogs. Silver Beach is close, but the ocean beach is just as close so we went there. The kitchen is nicely equipped for basic cooking (I love to cook so it was missing a bit for me in that regard, but it all worked well). The home has a storage shed in the back where we stored our bikes. The shed has lawn/beach chairs and toys (which was nice). The home is equipped with beach towels for guests use as well (though we brought our own). Again, very nice home, bright, clean and cheerful to wake up in! Would highly recommend.

Highly Recommend this Beach House

We recently stayed with our extended family in the Marshmallow Road Beach House. The house was extremely clean with a fun beach feel. Even with 10 people, we had more than enough space. For a family that likes to cook, the kitchen did not disappoint (the knife set was great). We often spent happy hour or at dinner on the back porch, and the fenced in backyard was great for our pup. Silver Beach is close by, a quick walk or even quicker bike ride. On top of the house itself, the owners were extremely accessible and able to quickly answer any questions we had. Highly recommend to families looking for a clean, quiet place to spend time at the Jersey Shore.

Great Vacation Home

This is our second summer staying here and we have already made arrangements to go back again next summer! The house has all the amenities you need and is very clean and spacious. It also has a great deck and nice size yard. We had 8-10 people throughout the week and were very comfortable. The owners are very accommodating and welcoming. The location is perfect. You can walk or bike to get just about everything you need. A short drive to both Jenks and Seaside. As mentioned in the other reviews can't say enough good things about this beach house. House and owners are great, highly recommended.

Top Draw accommodations

The accommodations were top notch in all ways. We found the house clean and well equipped upon moving in. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The house easily accommodated 10 people. If you are inclined to barbecue. The deck has spacious seating and an over sized gas grill. All and all it was like being home. Definitely looking to return next year.

We've been renting at the Jersey Shore for many years and this house is one of the best! Very well equipped, spacious rooms, comfortable in every way. House is very clean and easy to keep that way. We were ten people and always had enough space. Beautiful outside as well as in. Location is ideal; within walking (or biking) to everything ! i.e., shopping, restaurants, food stores, etc. Owners are very pleasant to deal with and will do everything to make their guests at home and enjoy their stay. Can't say enough good things about this house and owners.

Excellent vacation home for families. Can't wait till next summer

This beach house is perfect. It is in a great location, one block from silver beach, which is super clean and not overly crowded. You can walk to the wawa and other nearby markets. It is conveniently located between jenks and seaside boardwalk, so their is a lot to do in the area. The house itself was perfect for our family and we loved the spacious backyard and beautiful deck. We even had a small birthday party for our nephew who turned 3 and it was great, we didn't feel cramped at all and our friends kept commenting on what a nice house it was. The interior of the home is newly renovated and it looks great and has a very spacious living/family area. Finally the owners are a pleasure to deal with and best of all they allowed our dogs to come and join the fun! Thanks again, we can't wait till next summer.

great family beach house

fantastic. due to time constraints, we were not able to view this property before renting it, but we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. great indoor living space, 5 good size bedrooms. our group was 4 adults and 4 kids under 5, plus a dog. can't even count the visitors. and there was no lack of space. great elevated deck and lower level patio space. 5 minute walk to the beach. playground half block away for the kids. i could go on....

Fabulous Lavallette family vacation home, can't wait to go back!!!

This beach house is all you need to truly enjoy any vacation. It is one block from the beach with a crossing guard so even kids can walk home for lunch with no worries. The house offered us a place to hang-out, plenty of bedroom space, the deck and great outside pub-style table & stools, the BBQ, and outside shower. All is new and so clean - the bathrooms are the best I have seen in a beach house!!! Bedrooms with dressers, nightstands and closet space...all decorated as if you were 'home'. The area is quiet, but the market around the corner was fabulous - we were there everyday. You can't go wrong, and we can't wait to go back. Also, the owner is great to work with and provides many pluses - towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, sheets/blankets all fresh, clean & at the house when you arrive!!! Its a great little town as well, so I highly recommend this place and enjoy your time!!!

House was a perfect beach rental. It is a great location one block to the beach. Silver beach is a beautiful private beach that is amazing. Not to noisy, but lots going on. The home is lovely, with a great outdoor deck that gets sun and shade. The entire house is newly renovated and brand new furnishings. Family room and kitchen are plenty roomy so you have space to move about.

Wonderful property for wonderful memories!!!

This property and the owners were the best that I have ever worked with. They were so nice and personable and easy to work with. We had such a great time here for my husband's birthday and cannot wait to come back. The area is great, quiet at night and very easy to get around. I cannot say enough for this property.
