Enjoy a respite at this peaceful and centrally-located, renovated guesthouse. Large 1BR (queen-sized memory foam mattress) w full bath (shower/tub). Sleep with the windows open - it's that quiet. Living room and full, eat-in kitchen.
Charming private patio for outdoor dining. Walk to historic Chardon Square and enjoy its many festivals & activities, restaurants and shops. Easy drive to Amish country, wineries, Lake Erie and its coastal towns and beaches, The Great Geauga County Fair, 40 minutes to downtown Cleveland.

About the host
Hosted by Linda Frey
Husband and wife team, Linda Frey & John Comatos, enjoy adventure and quiet time in fairly equal amounts. Both are retired from IBM and subsequently owned their own consulting business. John is a sailor and has built and lived in a 3-story house on the Hudson River. He has also completed every home improvement project known to mankind and enjoys writing and astronomy classes. Linda is a horse lover and trail rides her horse several times a week. In the past she has enjoyed serving as editor of a community newspaper and volunteering at a nursing home, pet adoption shelter and nature center. Both Linda & John were extremely involved with Honor Flight Rochester, an organization which escorts veterans to Washington, DC to visit their memorials. The couple moved to Chardon in April 2021 to bask in its small town atmosphere (and to be closer to Linda’s horse!) They previously lived in the Mid-Hudson Valley and Finger Lakes regions of NY, St. Michaels, MD, Avon, OH, Rochester, NY and, most recently, Cleveland Heights, OH where they operated The Treehouse Suite Airbnb for 3+ years. They enjoyed each home and city, but feel they have found their forever home in their 140-year-old farmhouse with its beautiful wrap-around front porch, wooded, craggy back yard and private guest house on serene, tree-lined East King Street. They look forward to sharing their guestouse with you.
