Enjoy a comfortable stay in this unique, separate, studio guest apartment, newly constructed/remodeled, just 2.5 miles from historic, charming downtown Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Roomy guest accommodations contain 1 queen bed, desk with chair, loveseat, TV, DVD player, mini kitchen (with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, electric kettle, and sink) and separate bathroom with tub, shower and double sinks. Additional queen size air mattress available upon request. Guest accommodations are on second floor, 640 square feet, over detached garage, accessed only by full set of private stairs.
Guest accommodations are adjacent to the main house. Great country view of gardens, field and sunset. Wifi and air conditioning equipped, linens provided. No pets, no smoking on premises (indoor or out). Many nearby restaurants and shopping in downtown Chagrin Falls, as well as beautiful parks and trails for hiking and biking, nearby golfing and boating, kayaking. 45 minutes to downtown Cleveland, and Lake Erie, 30 minutes from Middlefield, 25 minutes to Beachwood/Legacy Village.

Another Perfect Stay

I can’t imagine a better place to call home for when I visit my Dad down the street. Very close to the vibrant and charming downtown area of Chagrin Falls. Peaceful, private, and beautiful surroundings. Carole is really the quintessential host, providing everything you may need for ultimate comfort. Highly recommend!

This is such a cute place. It's a perfect space for a couple. It was clean, looked updated and I loved the special drinks and treats. It was great that the location was close to hiking trails and downtown Chagrin Falls. The communication was great and it was so easy to arrive and leave.

Never Disappoints!

This is our second stay at The Barn, and we love it! As parents of four, it is such sweet relief to have a night to relax in silence! It’s always clean and comfortable. Check-in and check out are no contact and the area has lots of great shops and dining! Perfect place to reconnect and rest!

This was a beautiful place and was even bigger than the pictures portray! It was VERY clean, quiet and cozy. Your own parking spot, easy directions, private space, your own key. There are 17 steps upon entry as it is located on a second floor. The wood paneling was so cute and the ambience at night with the lighting was so cozy. I highly recommend this place and if I ever need to go back to Cleveland I will definitely look at this place first! This was located about 30 minutes from Cleveland. The host was responsive, check-in was super easy, pictures are accurate, and the area felt very safe (very nice homes/neighborhoods). Highly recommend! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This location is beautifully kept! So clean and lovely. Looks brand new. Set in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. The host made check in so easy and provided so many nice conveniences to make our stay more comfortable- tea, coffee, snacks, waters in the fridge, shampoo & conditioner, paper plates and bowls. We were only in town a couple of nights but we would 100% return if ever in town again. Location is about 25 minutes from Kirtland where we were visiting. Location is close to downtown so easy to find great restaurants
