As parents of past UO grad, we know what it is like to visit our daughter and wanting to have quality family time together. We would come up thinking we would be eating out and our daughter just wanted a home cooked meal. So, we bought a darling duplex in Eugene so we could have that at home feeling with our daughter and her friends. We wanted to share our Orchard & Deerwood houses as an Airbnb so other UO families have that same experience.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is simular to Whittier, CA where my husband grow up. It is also walking distances to the UO, Mathew Knight, Hayword Field, resturants.
