Beautiful shoreline for long walks and watching sunsets. Cabin is unique and very welcoming. Doreen was a great host, communication for questions and such was very good. We definitely would stay again!!!

A wonderful place to kick back and relax or as a starting point for all the wonderful things to see & do in the upper peninsula. A wonderful beach just a short walk across the street that is private to local homes. Owner is a fantastic communicator and really cares that all is great for your stay. Pet friendly and great side yard for exploring for your pet. Great outdoor fire pit for campfires and telling tall tales & of course s’mores. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

This little rustic cabin is clean and very cute. Being so close to the beach is probably one of mg favorite things about it. A beautiful beach is just across the street. We loved watching the sunsets and hearing ships blow their horns in the morning. I would definitely give this place 5 stars and come back again if they’d have us. The only thing that I didn’t like is how very hard the water is. This definitely isn’t the hosts fault but I just wanted to put that out there for the girls like me that can’t wash their hair in iron riches hard water. I went to parents hotel room at the casin and used their shower. We came up August 3rd for 5 days a stayed at the casino hotel, I can tell you my kids and I both loved this cabin, had a better stay at the cabin versus the hotel

It was a pet friendly cozy cabin across the street from Lake Superior. There is a beautiful beach steps away from your cabin. Only saw 5 people on the beach in a week. Very clean when we arrived and the host Doreen was wonderful to work with. Thank you for sharing a little slice of heaven with us. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!!!

This property was perfect for our short, 5 day visit to this area of the upper peninsula. The cabin was clean, cozy, well stocked and close to civilization, while feeling like you are in the wilderness. Just an hour drive to Paradise or Sault St. Marie for a variety of dining and shopping, if that’s your thing. The casino is 10 minutes down the road as well. Although you wouldn’t know that by lack of traffic. Public access to the Lake Superior shoreline is a short walk across the street. You can hear the freighters blow their horns on the way to and from the Soo Locks. The owner was very responsive to questions right away. We won’t hesitate to reserve this property in the future should we choose explore this area again.

Perfect cabin for a relaxing fall getaway. Prime location—great for a day trip to Tahquamenon, plus public access to the beach right across the street and walking distance to the trailhead of a nice hike to a scenic overlook.

Cute little cozy cabin that could accommodate 5 or 6 comfortably. Across the street from the beautiful Lake Superior shoreline. Sandy beach and rocks to hunt. We had a great time and will be back.
