Whether you're staying one night or 90, you'll be close to your home away from home where you can rest, restore, and renew yourself for the next big adventure!

Internet/ TV: We provide high-speed WiFI and (3) HD Smart TVs for you to enjoy your own streaming/internet-based entertainment.

NOTES:

*We provide all bed linens, bath towels and wash cloths, kitchen towels and dish cloths, and starter supplies for our guests. Starter supplies include Salt & Pepper, Cooking Spray, Trash Bags, Dishwasher Pods, Dish Liquid, Hand Soap, Laundry Pods, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Kcups, Shampoo, and Body Wash. Any additional supplies, as well as any that you run out of, will need to be provided by the guests.

*Neighbors on both sides of the cottage have pets. You may hear some barking. You may see a cat or two.

*The home is located in a subdivision and has houses on both sides and across the street. The mountain views in the photos are from the front porch. The house is not located in a mountainous or rural setting.

*We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance. We do not issue refunds for illness, weather, etc.

We enjoyed our visit at Olivia's rental. The Instructions made it so easy to get there and to find and operate everything we needed. We loved the large/ roomy bathroom, comfortable beds, and the fenced yard for our little pekingese. We felt right at home!

Cozy JC Retreat

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Olivia’s place. Very clean and comfortable surroundings and close to grocery stores and other necessities. Sitting on the front porch in the morning with our coffee watching the sun rise was very peaceful. Would definitely stay again!

This was close to everything in Johnson City but it was in a quiet neighborhood which was nice as well. Very clean and well taken care of.

We loved this cottage. Came for my brothers services at the National Cemetery right down the street. It is close to everything you would need and very clean. Communication with host is excellent and very prompt, with very precise instructions for staying at the cottage. Would definitely stay again!

Great family weekend landing spot

Very clean charming house!

Very easy check-in process! The house was spotless and very comfortable (my husband really appreciated the black out curtains ;) Olivia was very fast in responding to questions - beds were comfortable and house was well-stocked. Our only issue (through no fault of the home owner) was there were neighboring dogs on almost all sides of the fenced in area outside that barked at our 2 dogs, which is normal dog behavior, however I tried to find times the other dogs weren’t out to take my dogs out. Again, not something the home owner can control, just a heads up for other renters with shy dogs. Still a 5-star experience!
