the location was fantastic. the golf cart was great. the location to the pool was great, and taking the golf cart to the beach was wonderful for our family. the only negative aspect, was the maintenance and cleanliness was a little lacking. all and all a wonderful vacation!

We missed an email from VRBO with instructions but Gregg was super responsive and patient getting us into the house. This is a wonderful house in a wonderful residential community on a wonderful island. The house is super comfortable, has great appliances and amenities. We especially loved the excellent golf cart. I have rented in this community for years. This place may seem on the pricier side, but having rented at a variety of price points, my conclusion is that it’s worth it to pay more. We immediately felt at home, loved the quiet, and the proximity to the pool. We also loved our after dinner golf cart rides.

Great location

Greg was awesome. He handled issue with golf cart quickly. It was great to use for beach . Place was clean except rug needed to be vacuumed . Would recommend and also had a large pool three houses down.
