This was a fantastic location, central to everything. Very clean and well kept. The view of the ocean from the balcony and overlooking the pool was really nice. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and then some. It also had beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards. Ellie called to see how everything was. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Beach time Bliss

We have stayed at the Cocoa Beach club for many years for spring break. This year was no exception. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The beach is right there and lots of things to do with lots of restaurants in the area.

We love to spend time at this Beach Condo, which is beautifully maintained. We have 4 generation of family who have enjoyed the beach condo. We love the white sandy beach and and the ocean. Some of my favorite activities include: sun bathing, swimming, shell collecting, walking the beach, fishing, shopping, Kennedy Space Center, watching rocket launches, and enjoying the many great restaurants in the area and sharing memories.

Why they chose this property

This is a perfect beach location, close to everything, but secluded on the beach. You can walk to stores , restaurants, and the Cocoa Beach Pier. It is a very safe location for your family. The condo is beautiful with many upgrades including a new $35 ,000 kitchen with stainless appliances and Quartz counter tops. We hope your family will have many great memories of a wonderful vacation in our Cocoa Beach Condo.
