Hi, I'm Lauren. I am recently retired and am temporarily moving to another property close by, so I am right here when you need anything. I previously rented our downstairs apartment from 2020 to 2022 and during that time our home and gorgeous, peaceful location consistently received 5 stars over 20+ rental periods. People came for month-long vacations, we had traveling professionals that needed to be close to UCSB and our hospitals, people coming to the area for surgery that needed a quiet place to heal, and a few running away from the pandemic in search of a place in which they could feel safe.

Why they chose this property

Ours is a very quiet neighborhood and our property is at the end of a culdesac tucked into the hillside overlooking San Antonio Creek, which has been flowing with water for months. It's peaceful and private here and we instantly fell for the views when we discovered this place in 2011.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique in its location, with stunning views of trees, mountains and never ending wildlife to entertain the eyes and ears. We have 3 lovely ponds on the property and many exotic and wild plants that the birds bring. Our house has a rustic, yet modern feel to it.
