Darling townhouse with open and spacious feel can welcome 2-4 guests with queen and full beds, plus loft office (note: low ceiling). Office includes desk, ergonomic chair, printer, skylight and file storage.

The townhouse is located in one of the most popular complexes in Santa Barbara with mountain views, a forest-like atmosphere, two pools (adult and family), hot tub, covered attached parking, laundry and outdoor space.

The condo is less than a mile to downtown Santa Barbara and State Street and just a bit further to Stearn's Wharf, Leadbetter and East Beach, the Marina and waterfront.

On the main floor is the full bedroom with queen bed, views of the garden and TV.

The loft (note: low ceiling) is great for working, studying or reading a good book in the full size bed.

The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans as well as spices, oil and vinegar and serving dishes.

The dining area looks toward the Los Padres National Forrest mountains, just beyond is the adult pool.

The living room boasts a fireplace (electric candles), high ceilings and easy access to the gated balcony.

The townhome is up a flight of stairs with one-car garage at the base of the home.

Great stay in Santa Barbara!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Lynn’s townhome. It was very clean and well appointed. It has a small spiral staircase that leads to a loft with a very short ceiling that my husband used for working. The location is terrific…just 5 minutes from West Beach with numerous restaurants and shopping close by. Perfect for a couple on a Santa Barbara getaway!

Perfect little Condo!

Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication before arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, and stocked with basic necessities and the location is better than what is in the listing description. I would definitely stay here again!

Sunny, Spacious & Quiet

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful Santa Barbara home, located at the Mesa, close to the beach and downtown. The house is very clean, and the kitchen has everything we wished for. The loft has an extra bed, which we didn’t need, but the desk and office chair were great for remote work. The complex has two pools, a hot tub, and a sauna, and it is about a 7-minute drive to a beautiful beach. We loved the sunny, spacious, and quiet atmosphere and will come back for sure!
