A 5 minute drive North will take you to Montecito and a 10 minute drive will land you in Downtown Santa Barbara. So many options!

Walk inside and take note of the sunlit Great Room filled with windows, vaulted ceilings, and French Doors. It connects to three spacious Bedrooms and three Bathrooms filled with custom carved wood accents. Fantastic location and layout for the family holiday together - relaxing areas for games and meals, short walk to the beach for frisbee and views, and nice location for travel to Santa Barbara, Solvang, etc.

This lovely property in Summerland was the perfect place for a reunion with our dear friends. It was comfortable for 4 of us but could easily sleep six. The location is great- a short walk to the beautiful beach or park, restaurants and Godmothers a wonderful bookstore and coffee spot. The house has everything you need and the hot tub in the tropical back yard was wonderful. Paradise property management was very responsive- one of the beach chairs was broken and a new one magically appeared on our doorstep the next morning. We will definitely return- an overall great vacation spot!

Wonderful home located just a few blocks from the beach and 101- easy to get to SB, Montecito and Carpenteria for beach days and zoo days Fabulous outdoor space for visiting and family bbq time. Beds are comfortable and all the bathrooms were nice for two sets of adults and a toddler. Loved this home. Would stay here again!

We loved this place! Plenty of space and very private. The 3rd bathroom is on the lower level which was a bit challenging for the 2nd bedroom occupants having to use two sets of stairs. Bedroom 1 and 3 have their en-suite bathrooms.

Grad weekend get away

We had a great time at the Summerland property celebrating our daughter's graduation from UCSB and Father's day.The outdoor area is everything! An Oasis of beautiful landscaping and ample comfortable outdoor seating.And the downtown area is a short 5 minute walk.Great weekend all around!

Great visit, wonderful property

We had a great family gathering at the Summerland Oasis. It's a wonderful property, and the management company is quite responsive. We did encounter a few property issues, but the management company corrected / fixed the situation promptly upon notification. We would definitely stay here again!

This felt like a bait and switch the experience was so poor. The normal stuff went fine. We were able to check-in and access the property relatively easily however the property was not as described and had many issues. The house is touted as an Oasis, but it was closer to a nightmare. I spent three unfortunate nights here. The water features in the description were not working. The grill was completely rusted over. The hot tub didn’t work well, none of the other water features worked, The bathrooms were dirty. The walls were covered in dirt. One of the three beds was not level and your feet were higher than your head!The house was infested with ants, They were everywhere. The kitchen was a scene from a nightmare there were so many ants there. The beds were filled with ants. We had to dump our suitcases out in our front yard to try to clear the ants out so as not to bring them home into our house with us.We were without power the last night of our stay at the property.The only pleasant part of the trip was the time spent away from the house.
