Enjoy beautiful lake views from the hot tub just outside your patio door. Only 5 minutes from the City of Siren that offers several bars, restaurants, mini-golf, movie theater and more. Clear Lake offers a sandy shoreline for swimming, good fishing and the lake is big enough for recreation. This lower level unit offers privacy on it's patio with a gas grill. It has a private dock for your boat or toys. (Pontoon available for rent on first come/serve basis) Dock your boat on Clear Lake or at the biggest lake in the county during your stay! Yes...Dock at Yellow Lake and enjoy the 2400 acres of fishing/recreation on Yellow, Little Yellow and the Yellow River. This space is located at the very popular restaurant The Rec on Yellow Lake which is located 14 miles north of Wi Hwy 35. Drop your boat and park there for the duration of your stay...trailer can not stay on their property though. This lower unit has 2 bedrooms, bunkhouse and an extra movie room for the kids. ****There is a 4 bdrm/3 bath upstairs that you can rent with this property for a large group/event**** They have their own area for campfires, etc. The extensive Lakeshore allows us to split the property in half for each rental unit with it's own dock.
