NO EVENTS ALLOWED per house rules. Max of 17 at any given time for any reason. Violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Parking is limited to 6 vehicles total.
Pontoon available for rent $375 per day. First come, first served.
On-Site Chickens: Please be aware that our property is home to a few free-range chickens. They are friendly but generally keep to themselves. For their safety, and per house rules, please keep any dogs on a leash when outside and do not disturb the chickens or go into their coop.
Pontoon & EV Charger: Please inquire if you have questions about using the EV charger or renting the pontoon boat.
Parking is limited to no more than 6 vehicles. Parking in the yard is prohibited and will result in a $500 fine.
