Disliked: Cleanliness
We struggled with a number of things. I hope there is room to mention the improvements the Shah family needs to make. They tried to please, but the house is not ready to rent at this point.
Beautiful views, backyard with lots of entertainment for the whole family our favorite was the zip line. Great pool, BBQ, and easy to communicate with the host. We all enjoyed our vacay here
Overall, we had a really fun stay and made great family memories here. The location was excellent, the open floor plan was perfect for a group, and the backyard was easily the highlight. The kids loved the zip line, air hockey, golf setup, axe throwing, pool, and jacuzzi. This place is clearly built to be a fun party house. That said, the house has definitely been ridden hard and put away wet. It could use some TLC and repairs. Running joke from the kids all weekend was: “Why is everything broke, Dada?” When we arrived, the house smelled strongly of cats, which we eventually traced to the sunroom. Closing that room off helped a lot. The fancy espresso machine also didn’t work just dispensed fancy hot water, also a Keurig but I only brought regular ground coffee, so I made cowboy coffee, and chilled outside with the plants and birds. The biggest issue was the pool/jacuzzi setup. The kids woke up excited to swim only to find out the pool was freezing and heat required 24hr notice and a 100 fee. Pool guy came next day and turned on the heat, kids swam while it heated. A couple hours later pool guy shut it off, we took a break and came back later discovering the jacuzzi completely drained. W T F? When I texted the host, I got: “Done for today. Have a good night.”To be fair, the host did offer to heat it the next morning for free, but we were checking out by thenDespite the issues, we stayed positive, laughed thru the blunders and still had a wonderful time together.
We had such an amazing stay at this property! The house itself was beautiful and perfect for our family gathering. There is a small “storage” area you see when first driving up, which was a little off-putting at first, but once inside the home it didn’t take away from the experience at all.The owners were incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our entire stay. 🤝 They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly—even allowing us to celebrate our son’s 2nd birthday there when many other places weren’t comfortable with that. Any time something wasn’t quite right, they immediately had someone there to take care of it—it felt like magic! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We made such wonderful memories here and can’t wait to come back!

Great backyard for entertaining and kids. wonderful views. The house set up for multiple families or kids. The main negative was the cat urine smell throughout the home. We did our best to get rid of it with candles and bought our own hepa filters, but in the end it was hard to get over. If the owners could fix this issue, it would be a wonderful get away and they would get more bookings.

We really appreciate your honest feedback back we told our cleaners and they did a good job making sure everything should be perfect.
The property was spacious, lovely, with well stocked kitchen, lovely backyard with toys and views, and abundant seating. Landlord promptly replied to my inquiries. It was private and secluded but still close enough to all our events.
We really enjoyed our stay. The facility was very clean with slot of room for everyone. . Only wish there had been more of the little things taken care of. Like a little coffee, paper towels, trash bags and such. I would definitely recommend this property.
Pulling up the driveway we were greeted with a side yard that was full of junk. Upon entering the home there was a very pungent smell of either/both human and cat urine.
The owner offered to send cleaners over, but there is no way you can remove the awful odor, and clear out the awful side yard.
We felt very uncomfortable at the home and opted to leave. Photos and documentation were provided in our initial claim.
I am extremely disappointed in VRBO, they did not advocate for us. I doubt we will ever use them again.
I would appreciate a phone call from someone in customer recovery, but I am doubtful that will occur.
