Full Access: A spacious, three-story smart home with keyless entry, private parking, and a patio overlooking the beach.

Bedrooms: Each bedroom offers maximum comfort with cooling gel memory foam mattresses and smart TVs.
Bathrooms: Most bedrooms have private bathrooms, providing extra privacy and convenience.

Parking: You will have two parking spots under your unit. It may fit more back to back but we can only guarantee two spots. Please do not park across from the unit as those spots are for the complex across from us

Laundry: A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

Note: The elevator is available for use with a signed waiver and a $200 fee per stay.
