The famous Boardwalk, “The East Coast's Number One Family Resort,” Sleeps 10. (1,288 sq/ft) Everything UPDATED & gorgeous. 2 Bedrooms walk out onto balcony with views of ocean/inlet & bay looking down onto the pool & putting green & 11,000sq/ft deck Master has 2 comfy queen-size beds & 32 LED TV, bedroom 2 has full over full bunk with trundle combo sleeps 3 adults to 4-5(kids) & 32" LED TV & both luxurious bathrooms have double sinks and master has a Whirlpool Jetted Tub.

Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances & breakfast bar for 4. Dining table seats 6. Granite countertops in kitchen, marble back splash & wet bar. Living room has queen sofa (2024) that sleeps 2, Reclining love seat (2023) & reclining chair, wall mounted 50" LED LG 1080 Smart LED over gas fire place. Hair dryers in each bathroom. We had the best time! The balconies alone are amazing. Huge master bath, a/c worked well. Walking outside and being immediately on the boardwalk is a dream. Did not use the extra facilities, but the pool area looks great. Highly recommend!

We were here for Boardwalk Rocks and this condo was absolutely perfect. Great location, amenities and comfort. Highly recommend....If you want to be in the middle of everything, and have an absolutely perfect experience consider this condo. Great unit for a great vacation in OC

Everything was great! Looks just like the photos and is in great condition with a great view. Only complaint would be that one shower made a high-pitched noise while using it, so hopefully that's fixed if we come back next summer. :)

Very nice condo in good location. Nice furnishings. Appreciated not having to bring linens and bath towels. Close to boardwalk with great views. Some toiletries and cleaning items provided which most condos do not. Reasonably clean and modern. Nice swimming pool.

Great unit and location

The unit was very nice and very well equipped. It has a great view and we loved the balcony. We’ve been coming to OC for decades and would definitely say this is the best location of any we have stayed at. You are right on the Boardwalk and only a minute from the Inlet. The two garage spaces are great for the cruise in as well. Thanks!!

The best words to describe this condo is LOCATION LOCATION VIEW!! The beach, boardwalk, restaurants were within a 10 second walk from this condo. The view from the balcony was magnificent!! The condo provided all necessary provisions for our stay: dishes, linens, washer/dryer, cable etc. Constantine was a great host. My family and I had a wonderful vacation.

Based on communication and cleanliness, I would not rent from this owner again but I would another unit and owner. Arrived and needed some guidance entering the garage so I called the owner who was so rude and condescending asking if I even read the long message he sent when I booked. His tone was so belittling, it turned my excitement down, even my children who heard our interaction were asking why he was yelling at me. Aside from that, the location was perfect for beach entrance and enough away from the loudness of the boardwalk. The balcony view was beautiful and serene. The condo itself was neat and accommodating to a family to stay comfortably. However, it was extremely dirty. The bottom of our feet and socks were black within minutes of waking in. The entire unit was full of sand. I spent the first hour and a half sweeping the entire place and vacuuming the furniture. I’m not the sure the last time cleaners actually swept and mopped. We had to walk with shoes through the rest of the stay which didn’t feel comfortable especially with a toddler. There was sand on the bedding in the master and some of the linen did not look washed in between use because again there was sand, hair and crumbs on them. The kitchen was fitting for cooking. I suggest buying condiments and oil; everything else is provided. . I tried my best to treat the place as I would my own home and clean up as we went.

Why they chose this property

We bought this condo because we own another on 83rd Street (see vrbo #168164 )and we had FANTASTIC SUCCESS so we felt we could make it the best on the boardwalk too. Ocean front buildings are the most desirable and 1288 sq/ft is hard to find in a 2 bedroom that sleeps 10. .

What makes this property unique

You have the best of both worlds. On the Boardwalk and near everything but also privacy 7 floors up & overlooking the pool & large deck with views of the ocean(inlet) & bay.
