This charming residence features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, complemented by an in-ground swimming pool. Situated just moments away from Spanish Springs Town Square, it offers convenient access to the Hacienda Regional Recreation Center, a variety of shopping options, diverse dining establishments, a hospital, and an array of nightly entertainment including dancing. This location promises a lifestyle filled with convenience and enjoyment!

- Rates are based on 2 occupants. Additional guest(s) rates will apply.
- TV’s are streaming only.
- No Smoking.
- No Pets.
- No Parties or Events.
- No Illegal activities.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book. Note: This is a 55+ Community.
- Children are no permitted on the reservation.
- Mailbox keys are not provided. If you wish to have mail forwarded to you, you must acquire a PO Box (UPS Store is nearby).
- Village ID’s are not necessary to rent a property, but they are necessary to golf and participate in clubs, activities and amenities provided, you will need an ID card. It will cost $50 (for up to 2 renters on the contract). We will confirm you wish to purchase the 2 ID’s and have them ready for your pick-up upon your arrival.

Great Location

Great neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient to everything. The house was very cute and the pool was perfect for relaxing in the heat! We were there in support of a family member, we hope to return to enjoy all the things the community has to offer.

Neglect!

Overall property has been seriously neglected. Pool area: ants, tile moldy, weeds, screen enclosure covered in green mold. Inside was like stepping back into to 80’, which was shown in photos, so that was expected. Refrigerator was also from the 80’s rust on doors

Perfect House in The Villages

We loved our stay here and were very pleased with this sweet house. While the house was a bit tired and needed a bit of work, it was laid out so well and I would say, it was one of our favourite houses that we’ve rented over the 11 years we’ve been travelling to Florida. The neighbourhood was very quiet and we felt extremely safe. The pool was such a wonderful addition, we were in it almost every day. It suited our needs perfectly. We had a few issues that we reported and the property management was very responsive. They didn’t always confirm that they received the email (assuming they are quite busy) but they certainly actioned all feedback. We really appreciated the responsiveness. All in all, this was a wonderful stay!

It was clean but the home could use some TLC. It's obvious the owner does not care about its condition or guests. For example:Communication was odd. I received 2 emails total that seemed auto-generated, not welcoming. My brother received a text from a property mgr (different than owner). Not sure why him and not me since I booked.First impression - not good. The grass was probably a foot tall and it stood out like a sore thumb next to the other well-manicured homes. Prop mgr told my brother it was because the sprinklers needed repair. I also saw holes in the screens on the bedrooms and was afraid there would be creepy crawlies, so I immediately got bug spray. Luckily, no roaches but I did see a snake by pool so minor freak-out there. Usually, towels, soap, shampoo are out. Nope. No hair dryer provided. Kitchen necessities are sparse - like no way to wash dishes. Old-timey fridge with ice cube trays. No grill. TV in bedroom didn't work.One of the reasons we booked this property was because it had a golf cart advertised. However, it broke down before we could even get out of the neighborhood. We were trying to go to a rec center. My brother texted the manager who said he would "send someone." Luckily, a very kind Villages resident offered to give us a tow while we walked back in 95 degree heat. Someone showed up hours later to take a look at the golf cart - only to say it would take longer than our stay to fix it. So, no golf cart.

Thank you for your comments. We strive to make everyone’s stay as comfortable as possible. We checked your reservation and only one phone number was provided for communication. The grass was high and we acknowledged this to you by explaining the sprinkler system had some repairs completed before your arrival and for the grass to grow back, we were advised not to cut it for 3 weeks. I will discuss with mother nature about allowing the snakes near the property. It was confirmed that there were towels provided before, and they were still there after your stay. The refrigerator is the same as shown in all the photos. There is no ice dispenser visible on the door. We do apologize for the golf cart breaking down. As stated, it is provided for convenience but will not be replaced. In good faith, we provided not 1 but 2 golf carts for your use during your visit. The property rental is for 2 people and there is a cost for each additional person staying on the property. This was waived due the grass being overgrown and the golf cart breaking down.
