Barbara was an excellent host very pleasant. I had a few things to discuss and she came right out. Very comfortable beds, hot water, very nice golf cart which made our stay pleasant.

Hot tub was very clean. Blow up on the pull out was nice to have so we all had our own comfortable space. Basic amenities were provided. Location is close to Publix’s for anything needed. We didn’t use the golf cart, but it was very nice and cool to have the option.

The house was close to everything. The community is wonderful and so large. The access to everything was so smooth. Really a good experience for our first visit to the Villages.

This was a great property for us! Overall, the home was very clean, with the exception of the area rugs. Water pressure was great, location was fine. Free use of new golf cart was great!! We didn’t use the hot tub, but was a nice feature if we had stayed longer.

Very clean; comfortable beds; fully equipped kitchen. Access to golf cart was a bonus; we did not try out the hot tub. Quiet neighborhood; anything you may need is nearby. Communication with host during stay was not as prompt as expected.

Beautiful and comfortable

My family loved their stay here. Plenty of space for 5 people, clean, and well stocked. The decor is beautifully done with teals and greens. Very comfortable place to stay.

Great property

The place is beautiful and has everything you need for a great stay. Pool and dog park are less than 5 minutes by golf cart, and of course the golfing is great. Highly recommend 🙌

We did not use the hot tub because we didn’t have time, but it seemed clean and comfortable. Nor did we visit any pool facilities though there seemed to be plenty. The location was quiet and convenient, and the home well equipped and comfortable for our stay with pets.

The house was clean and the hot tub was wonderful. This was our first time at the Villages so we really didn’t have much knowledge about it. The unit didn’t give us much information about the golf cart such as what type of gas, where the gas tank was, etc. we figured it out from Google. Barbara was very responsive to our request for an outdoor grill and I was able to cook several meals which I appreciated. Overall, it was a good value.
