Cozy Villages villa, 2 bed, 2 bath. Great Location

Cozy 1,121 Square Feet home with everything you will need for a great stay at The Villages. Incredible location, only a 6 minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing and a 7 minute golf cart ride to Spanish Springs. All Villages amenities are included with the stay as well as a four person gas golf cart. Golfer's dream. All executive golf courses are free to walk or a slight fee to take the cart. Recreation centers, pools and tons of activities all minutes away by drive or golf cart. Our pet policy allows for one small dog 20 pounds or under.

Please do not do business with anyone outside of this website. There are many scams going on within the Villages. Do not send money outside of the VRBO website.

Villages membership will be transferred to you for a one time fee of $50. The Villages has 3 town squares each with free live music at all of them from 6 pm to 9 pm, 365 nights per year. The town squares have plenty of shopping and restaurants. You don't need the pass to attend the activities at the town squares.
