We are excited to make our place available for the VRBO customers. Although we are new here, our little apartment is ranked a guest favorite, boasting reviews averaging 4.9 stars, and has turned us into superhosts.

Conveniently located in downtown Jacksonville, this place was prepared to give you the best stay. It's the perfect place to crash after a game or performance at the TIAA Bank Field (Jag's stadium - 7 mins), the Center for the Arts (5 mins), or the Florida Theater (12 mins). Here for business? We're a short walk from City Hall, Florida State College, and a short drive from the Jax Port Authority. Or just relax at our beaches, museums, and gardens! The building offers a laundromat, a gym and includes parking.
