We welcome up to 4 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs under 25 lbs to our secluded, gated property for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. This serene retreat is perfect for creating lasting memories, offering privacy and luxury on nearly an acre of land surrounded by a privacy fence.

Outdoor Highlights
Guests love the huge backyard, complete with a 5-hole putting green, hot tub, heated saltwater pool with a waterslide, and a super-shallow shelf ideal for small children. Relax in the covered outdoor dining area, equipped with a BBQ grill, mini-fridge, fire pit, and stylish outdoor tableware. The pergola's table seats up to 8, and there are chaise lounges for sunbathing. Children can enjoy the playground, while everyone can have fun with lawn games, foosball, and mini-golf.

Indoor Features
This spacious home is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The media room boasts a 65” TV with surround sound speakers, a cozy instant-on gas fireplace, and additional sleeping options with a queen sleeper sofa and twin futon.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a Wolf range, Jennair wall microwave and oven, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. The dining table seats up to 10, with 4 more stools at the counter. The living room offers seating for 8 and includes a foosball table for added fun.

Additional Amenities
Enjoy poolside floats and noodles, as well as plenty of indoor and outdoor games to keep everyone entertained. There's also a cozy patio near the kitchen that seats 6, perfect for morning coffee or a quiet conversation.

On-Site Hosts
Your privacy is a priority. On-site hosts Nick and Sarah and their two adorable Chihuahua mixes, Sweets and Ladybug, occupy the Primary Suite with its own separate entrance and kitchenette. They will not enter the main house unless requested and will occasionally pass through the yard.

If you plan to have off-leash dogs, we kindly ask that you supervise them to avoid potential interactions with the hosts’ dogs during their outdoor time.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return the gate/garage door opener to counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a $50 fee per day to heat the pool November - March.. Use caution on the water slide, as it is very fast.
Dogs must be on leash unless inside the home or enclosed within the gated pool area and must be attended at all times when outdoors.
To save our septic tank, please do not put food or grease into the garbage disposal, and flush only toilet paper and waste in the toilets.

This property was amazing a beautiful, good size swimming pool with a slide. The grounds were immaculate rose garden in Bloom. house were good for entertaining, very comfortable living. On site host was invisible. Amazing property very well kept up.

Amazing location!!

Loved our stay near downtown Solvang! The property was AMAZING as we all throughly enjoyed all of the activities onsite, notably the pool and spa! All of the amenities were outstanding and I appreciated the signage and directions located throughout the house. I would highly recommend this location and we will definitely be staying here again!

beautiful home

Great property with beautiful pool and hot tub - we also enjoyed the challenging putting green and dining outside. We cooked several meals in the well appointed kitchen and enjoyed the beautiful modern furniture including the beautiful Danish dining table. The high quality home theatre was an unexpected plus.

I live in Huntington Beach just a half mile from Dog Beach, where we take our Maltipoo to frolic with other dogs. I love to ride horses, both in Huntington Beach and in the Santa Ynez Valley. I enjoy making fused glass art pieces and poured acrylic pieces which I display at the house. I like making the place comfortable for my guests and interacting with them.

Why they chose this property

I love this neighborhood because it is quite rural. We have horses and chickens who live across the street. A huge vineyard is just a block away. And El Rancho market is a short walk away for lattes, sushi, salad bar and great groceries.

What makes this property unique

Our home is truly unique, with its pool and spa, custom tile work throughout, and privacy fencing.
