The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort (Wyndham Timeshare Resort) is located just one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and is located just down the street from the Planet Hollywood Resort. This stunning property is located within walking distance from some of the world’s finest dining, shopping, live entertainment, nightlife, and gaming. Amenities at the resort include, a fitness center, game room, business center, on-site deli, hot tub, and three pools with one being an adult only pool.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. If you have any requests it is best to call the resort front desk 7 days prior to the check in date. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout. The booking process and pre-arrival communication were excellent and very well organized. All information provided in advance was clear and helpful, and the description of the apartment and services was accurate and reliable. Everything worked exactly as described, and the room looked just like in the pictures. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again.

The hotel is a calm and quiet Oasis it is close enough to the strip to be convenient but far enough away for the rooms to be nice and quiet. We had a great stay!

Great condo, very roomy and had just about everything we needed. The location was great and we were able to navigate the area w ease. The only issues I had was the fact we found eyelashes stuck to the towel rack and no one came to clean each day even though we took down the do not disturb sign just about every day.

Great condo located within a fantastic resort with all the amenities. Love the ease of check-in and reservation. Love the shuttle to the strip, made getting around town a breeze. Resort has three pools, a cafe for meals and treats, the store stocked with anything you may have forgotten. Would recommend this stay!

Nice 2 bedroom property. One that has a large bed with ensuite bath/jacuzzi. The other room has 2 full beds. The property was clean. It is a Wyndham timeshare and you effectively check in like a hotel. VRBO lister contacted me prior via phone to walk me through the check in process.

Good all around. This is Vegas after all, so we hardly spent any time in the condo, but the rooms were clean and spacious.One thing I'd add is that the dish washer has really sharp plastic edges that cut through one of my buddies' finger while loading the dishwasher. I'd fix that asap before someone litigious stays with you.

Master bathroom pipes bubbled everytime you flushed and smelled like sewer under tub. Fridge needs to be replaced as temperature even after adjusting froze our food. Ice maker did not work. Luggage carts would be nice. Extra blanket for pullout sofa had unknown fluids on it resulting in us washing it first.Pool was very nice, space of room was expected and appreciatedSales pitch and attitude at checkin when we were not interested was a little annoying.Liked location off strip and parking was always available. Never used shuttle as times never matched up with outmr schedule.

We absolutely loved staying here and would do so again - and highly recommend! Being off the Strip was quiet and not congested. The property was beautiful and well kept. The unit was spotless and plenty of room for my husband, me and our 2 young adult children. Lots of amenities! Had groceries delivered, and took advantage of the kitchen to save money on food/drinks/snacks.Since this is a time-share building, we were sent to a second desk upon checking in. This desk is the Vacation Club sales desk. We did agree to a presentation on our last day since our return flight was later in the day. We were promised a 2 hour late check out (which would have meant 12:00) for booking the presentation. The morning of, we received a call reminding us that our check out was 11:00. We proceeded to cancel our presentation appointment since our entire day was planned around a 12:00 check out. The sales representative literally flipped out on me for canceling, and told me that we could check out as late as 11:45 saying "they won't charge you... they'll never know!" I don't appreciate the dishonestly and lack of professionalism.This has NOTHING to do with our satisfaction of the property or our stay! Just beware if booking a presentation.
