The cottage was wonderful and spotlessly clean. We loved the quiet location and views of the lake. We were very warm with reverse cycle air conditioning. The cottage was cosy, had everything we needed and we would love to visit again.
Sunray cottage was a perfect base for a family snow holiday. The cottage is cosy, clean and in a great location. Great views of the lake and such a quiet area. Michaela was quick to react to any questions we had.
Great stay at a warm and cozy little house. It was very neat and tidy and well appointed.Location was fun for our boys exploring and checking out the local wildlife.Close to Adaminaby for essentials and we used it as a base for a snow ski holiday which worked well. Definitely would recommend.

Great location and view, nice and quiet bathroom little dated.
Sunray Cottage - Great location and very comfortable
The property was almost exactly as we expected it to be from the Stayz listing and checking the location on Google Maps. We were there through the week so really quiet of an evening, kangaroos, rabbits and native birds everywhere. really enjoyable stay
We had a great stay despite the rainy weather. The house was very well equipped with the fireplace and aircon in the main living area, oil heaters in the rooms and the wall heater in the bathroom were appreciated! The beds were very comfortable and the house had lovely little touches including condiments, soaps/washes, coffee and tea, and a block of chocolate the kids demolished in sight! We'd love to stay again in drier weather to enjoy the balcony, bbq and beautiful outlook over the water.
Better than expected. Clean, cosy and functional. This small cottage was spotless when we arrived and everything we needed was there. Even the fire wood was set in the fire place ready to go. The attention to detail in this house made our stay very easy. The views of the lake are beautiful and the surroundings are very peaceful and neat.
Sunray Cottage was perfect for our short stay at Old Adaminaby. We enjoyed the lake views from the deck and the visiting wallabies were an extra bonus. Comfortable house and friendly locals. We hope to be back!

Nice cottage
It was great little cottage. Clean and at first communication was good. Although when i asked about the wifi and tv not working i never got a response.
I had a great time here with my family of 4! Great location, close to Mt Selwyn snow resort and very close to Adaminaby. The cabin itself is very cosy and warm, has everything that guests might need. Very thoughtful and nice touches like chocolate, tea in the kitchen!! Highly recommend!
Great views, fresh air and a short walk to the edge of the lake. It snowed outside while we enjoyed the warm fire stocked with plenty of fire wood to keep us warm all weekend. Beds were perfect for comfortable sleeps. Really comfortable accomodation.
The cottage was as described and perfectly comfortable for our family ski trip.
The location is extremely convenient for Selwyn snowfields and the little town of Adaminaby is a short drive away.
We had everything we needed including a fully stocked fire ready to go to warm up after a day on the snow.
We will definitely book to stay again.
Thank you for having us
Had a nice quite stay at the property. Mobile Network for a struggle for us, was on and off with no 3G or 4G. thankfully owner texted us the lock code to get the keys of the house, as we never received an email from Stayz 2-3 before the stay. Was clean property and would recommend to others. Thanks.
Stayed here with our teenage kids to go skiing at Selwyn. Gorgeous expansive view of the lake. Two good sized bedrooms. Fireplace with wood. Air conditioner until the wood fire heated the place. Beautifully clean. Host whose communication was excellent. We loved it. Thanks very much Michaela.
The little house was tidy, neat, clean and well-appointed. We laughed at the quantity of cushions in the lounge and bedrooms, but overall the place suited us well. Very comfy after a long day on the water. Great little very functional oven and other amenities that we did not need to use. TV reception was not great during the constant storms, but we weren't really there to watch much TV. perhaps a storm interference issue or just a sensitive antenna/dish connection. Not a biggy for us. Fantastic view of the lake as well. That was a nice change from other places we have used. Boat parking was good, access for carting gear was good, so overall it gets a big thumbs up from us. Thank you.
