Charming classic beach cottage with modern interior. Modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, large appliances in laundry room, WiFi and cable, two decks, yard, three bedrooms-one queen in master bedroom,another queen in second bedroom, and one twin bed. Original fir floors .Nautical theme. Two decks outside. Parking for three cars .Table and chairs are outside for dining.Bedspreads, pillows , paper towels,cleaning supplies, and toilet paper are included. Hibachi grill in is the back yard and a Weber gas grill .Fans are in every room.Air conditioners in living room and bedroom . New outdoor hot and cold shower as of June 29, 2019. New couch, loveseat, tv, stand, end tables, stove, twin mattress , and stove bought summer of 2021.
Newly renovated bathroom Feb.24,2023 and new roof February 2023.
New high quality mattresses as of June 24.,2022.New outdoor dining and indoor dining sets as of June 24,2022.
There is a Sat to Sat policy in June ,July and August. One week left in August and two in June.Book today!

The Sand Hill Cove area is beautiful and the proximately to the ocean is amazing.It is literally a one minute walk from the cottage to Roger Wheeler State Beach.

Classic Sand Hill Cove cottage with original farmer's stone wall outside the cottage dating back centuries.It is a relaxing home with modern features.Hear the fog horn at night after you walk to Galilee State Beach , enjoy clams cakes and chowder at a local restaurant, or prepare delicious meals. You can feel the cool ocean breeze.The cottage is so close to the beach that you can easily walk back and forth to the beach all day. There is also a large playground on the beach for children, outdoor showers, and a snack bar.
