Perfect time to. visit with Spring 2026 rates. Enjoy this 3 bedroom+ getaway on the Cape. Work remotely while you enjoy all the Cape offers. Week long, Saturday to Saturday, availability.

Our home is perfect for singles that want to get away or families or friends that want to hang together. You will have your own indoor and outdoor fireplace, a large open floor plan on the first floor, a fully furnished cook-in kitchen. Wifi. Brilliant Long Pond sunsets and wrap around deck will help you enjoy the Cape salt air.

You will enjoy the fresh water of Long Pond just steps away to swim, or use the kayaks, canoes or SUP on site for your personal use.

This whole house and yard with bird feeders, bags aka corn hole, croquet and four decks will be yours to enjoy for your perfect Cape vacation.

First floor: living room with sliding door to large deck facing Long Pond; sitting room with tv, fireplace and sliding door to outside grills and outdoor shower; dining area with table and chairs; kitchen with butcher block island and stools with stove, dishwasher and double door ice maker refrigerator; bathroom with shower and bedroom with two twin beds.
2nd floor: large bedroom facing the pond with full bathroom and two decks with sliding doors; full bathroom off hall and another bedroom with queen bed and twin trundle bed with sliding doors to a deck.
Lower level: tv room with couch and sliding door to the yard; game room with pool table, ping pong table and laundry room with washer machine and dryer.

No need to bring a kayak or canoe. Two of each are there for you to enjoy along with boogie boards, skimmers, beach chairs and umbrellas. Plus beach toys for the young ones and 2 kid size kayaks plus a SUP.

Rainy day? There’s a game room with a pool table and ping pong, plenty of jigsaw puzzles, books of all kinds, dvds, Netflix and tv’s. Wireless internet, of course. And a perfect kitchen to cook up clam chowder or lobsters you can pick up at nearby Macs Seafood or Breakwater. Lobster pot is ready for you.

Or try one of the great local eateries- HangarB for breakfast/lunch at the Chatham Airport or dinner at 400 East, Pizza Shark , Macs, Corner Store, Brewster Fish House or Leonessa.

If you have a small one, we have porta crib, high chair and plenty of space to play.

We love to share our home on the Cape with others. It is such a magical place from beach days, to biking, to hiking, to watching the night sky light up with stars or roasting marshmallows in the fireplace on the deck...or just hanging out on the deck drinking your morning tea or coffee and watching the sky wake up.

Why they chose this property

We love the location, down a quiet dirt road, nestled among beech and oak trees with just a few neighbors on the road. It is so convenient to hop on the nearby Cape Cod Rail Trail or drive 10 minutes to the Bay or the Sound or head out to Nauset Beach where the surf is great to boogie board in 20 minutes. Just 1.5 miles to the Route 6 or 3 miles to route 6A.

What makes this property unique

We have repeat guests, some over twenty years. Everyone says that our place is exactly as described- and 5* reviews. They feel at home and treat it like their own home. We love that!
You never have to bring your own beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, skim boards, umbrellas, SUP, canoes or kayaks- they are all right there.
