If you didn't know better, you would think this property was located in the middle of the Great Smoky Mountains, and you wouldn't be too far off. While it retains that mountain retreat atmosphere with tons of privacy, you are located only 7 miles from Downtown Knoxville in the foothills of the same Mountain Range. Each room has its own bathroom. 3 bed 3 bath. Fully Equipped for family friendly fun. Surrounded by mature forest trees and hiking trails.

Rocky Top Getaway

Planned a trip around Vols football, wasn’t disappointed! Accommodations were clean & great for 3 couples, close to all that Knoxville has to offer and airport. Gated community was quaint and peaceful.

Thanksgiving Family Retreat

Family of four staying for the week of Thanksgiving to be with our son who attends UTK and couldn’t come home. We had a wonderful stay and were able to cook a full turkey dinner in the spacious kitchen. The location is very quiet, in a quaint gated neighborhood 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown. It’s a perfect location for trips we took to the great Smokey mountains, and to nearby caves. Plenty to do even in the winter. Tyler was excellent to communicate with before and during the stay. We enjoyed having large televisions in each room and enjoyed several of the board games that were there. We found everything to be clean when we got there and we cleaned up before we left. Only concern was with the listing accuracy, which was that the fireplace is not available. If important to you, I recommend checking with the host before you book. The heater worked well and was quiet, so even though we missed the ambiance of a real fire, we had an amazing and comfortable stay nonetheless. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great communication from the host, quick to respond every time. Convenient location for seeing a Vols game if staying downtown is not your thing. We were there 2 weeks while our home was under renovation. Pet friendly, so we got to bring our corgi. The neighbors were nice and made us feel welcome. Lastly, the classic Scrabble game led to some epic challenges!
