Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re so glad to hear the location, view, and condo were all perfect for your stay. It’s great to know you found the bed comfortable, enjoyed the beach service, and had everything you needed for a smooth and relaxing getaway. We truly appreciate your kind words about our communication and would love to welcome you back to Gulf Shores anytime!

Thank you for being honest with us. We’re glad the room met your expectations, but we’re disappointed to hear about the pool and the electrical issues during your stay. The pool is managed by the HOA, and we always encourage guests to let us know when something isn’t right so we can advocate on their behalf—we’re happy to do so! We’ve already reported the concerns you mentioned and will continue to follow up. We’d love the chance to host you again under better circumstances.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the condo and the updated balcony, and we appreciate your suggestion about adding a high-top table—that’s a great idea. We understand first impressions are important, and we’ll pass along your notes about the exterior and pool to the HOA, who manages those areas, for their consideration. We hope to welcome you back for an even better stay next time!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the condo itself nice, clean, and well cared for. We understand how frustrating it was to have the living room TV out during your stay, especially with sick little ones needing to rest in the condo. Our team did respond and worked with maintenance and the owner on the replacement, but we certainly understand the timing was not ideal for your visit. The elevator and hallway areas are managed by the building HOA, but we know even a brief elevator outage on the 7th floor is a major inconvenience, especially under the circumstances you described. We’re happy to report the elevator issue has since been resolved and repaired. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide a smoother stay in the future.
