Trisha’s poolside casita is perfect! The size, use of space, decor, amenities, and proximity to everything is spectacular! We visited for Indian wells tennis and cannot say enough about our stay! I love that there are 2 bathrooms and a separate living room/door separating bedroom. My husband worked remotely in the early morning-perfect set up. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything, Trisha!

We stayed here while enjoying the tennis tournament at Indian Wells. Traveling to/from was easy & convenient. Place was clean & spacious. Could easily fix breakfast. Coffee & tea waiting in unit, was a nice addition. Didn’t get to the pool or jacuzzi based on late nights at tennis, but looked lovely. Great host communication.

The most disappointing aspect was host controlling the hot tub and not being available as promised to heat tub on 2 occasions (i.e. "I fell asleep, had an event, etc.") totally unacceptable on 2/15 and 2/21. The spa was nice when host made it available. The guest house was as described; clean with comfortable bed. The sofa was stained and uncomfortable. Kitchen essentials could be improved, the freezer door handle was missing, ice trays were substandard, broken and ice had to be purchased. There were no storage bags or tin foil for leftovers. The street parking was not ideal, the path to entrance was poorly lit and keypad difficult to read at night. Dryer did not dry clothing properly.

Obviously, these guests had an "AGENDA". Prior to checking in, and while on property, they were rude, demanding, and inconsiderate. Even greeting them upon arrival, stating they had negative experiences at past stays. Their agenda is to get money back by petty complaints. During their stay We did everything, and beyond, to accommodate Them (i.e.: Early check-in, Extra supplies and coffee pods), which we supply at check in as complimentary, only. This is not a hotel and the store is less than a mile away. All facilities, hours, and parking are spelled out in the Rules on the VRBO Site app. Negate any negative remarks from reviewier. We have a great product with 5 star reviews from both VRBO and ABB. Thank you for your attention to this matter.......

Cute & Modern Oasis in the Desert!

Loved how close we were to the shops and restaurants at El Paseo. Super comfortable bed, very clean space, and gorgeous pool area. The hosts were very helpful and very responsive. Highly recommend!

This place seemed newly renovated so everything looked really clean and beautiful. The pool area was nice and clean. We did not use the pool but it was nice to look at from our room. I would definatelly stay here again.

Palm Desert stat

Trish’s casita is a lovely space! It’s clean, bright, has everything I needed. I don’t use a car when visiting the desert; I travel by bicycle. It was nearby grocery stores, the park, library and many eateries. Great location. I would highly recommend Trisha’s casita!

Didn't stay an hour, we just ate the 500 and found a great place to stay.

The locks were like ancient puzzles to open, even the woman that co-owns had difficulty getting in the exterior gate. The thermostats were set at 75 degrees, which is very warm when its over 100 degrees out. It was so unfomfortable we didn't want to suffer for the duration so found a similiarly priced condo with FULL kitchen, dining room, balcony, AIR CONDITIONING that kept the whole place beautiful so we could entertain my 91 year old mother by preparing a home cooked meal for her and my sister. We've stayed in about a dozed VRBO's and this was the only negative experience ever. Good luck staying here!

User error. Did not understand how to use the smart locks or wifi mini-split remote air conditioner. Left premises without inquiring. THE PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL. Disregard this one unfortunately incident that was due to lack common sense.....
