GUEST ACCESS

• Guests will have access to the entire home and all amenities. Front porch, back porch, & yard area.

• The parking area is shared with the other units guest so please be courteous and obey the parking rules.

• Complimentary Level II EV charging with Tesla universal charger. Includes Magic Dock for NACS and J1772 charging. The EV Charger is shared with the other unit.

• We offer lockable bike storage in the carport closet that stores about 4-5 bikes depending on size

• I am always available for guests via messaging and in case of urgent needs can have someone available in person.


LOCATION

* Mural House is located on a quiet street in a prime location to all things Bentonville!

* Expect quiet peaceful views off the back deck while you enjoy the wooded view and seeing bikers ride along the Tristan Trail behind the house.

* There are a number of amazing restaurants and shopping venues within minutes (some even walkable) of the house so if you're not up for cooking you'll have great eats!

* Bike trail access is about 300 feet from the front door and Bentonville is extremely bike friendly so bike wherever you'd like.

* If you're wanting to give your legs a break don't fret because there is ample parking throughout all of the hot spots in Bentonville.


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

• The Mural House has two separate units, side "A" and side "B".

• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom (two rolls of Toilet Tissue per bathroom), and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests' responsibility.

• Be sure to remember to bring charcoal and lighter fluid as we do not provide them.

• All of our TVs are smart TVs and ready for you to stream from your own accounts.

• Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.
