Check in a bit complicated but okay. Many small room issues: no face cloths, no kleenex, shampoo etc on floor of shower. Dead bulb in bedside lamp nearest window. Wifi password not included in check-in info. Undercounter light switch in kitchen area couldn't be turned off.

We have stayed in other units in the same building as a comparison. The price for 304 was double that for similar units. We are 2 friends who travel to Stratford every year and look for accommodation with separate beds. The sofa bed was difficult to operate and then was not level with the seat part of the sofa, so I ended up sleeping as if I was just on a sofa. The actual bed was comfortable. The stools attached to the table were very awkward. Appliances, fridge etc. were good. Location is excellent. The free parking was full, so we couldn't use it. When we realized that the sofa bed had not been set up and contacted the host, Brendan, we were actually put in touch with Christine whose response time was excellent.Will probably look for somewhere else next year that is more reasonably priced for the facilities. As we have stayed in the same building before, the access via various codes and lockboxes was familiar.

Perfect little place for theatre and meals

Great little studio space with an alcove that worked well for the few hours of online work that I had to do and that I needed privacy for. Great cafe in the building and very central to all that you need.
