Clean, highly functional plus a lovely pleasing decor with ideal location for getting out n about on foot for the Stratford Festival. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.
Check in was simple and easy. All our information was clearly laid out for us. The place was very clean and well organized. We enjoyed how close we were to downtown and the theatres.
I enjoyed the cleanliness and closeness to the theatres. Best used for those who are eating out all the time and don't need to spend much time in the room. Almost no space to lay out a suitcase and no where to store clothing beyond some wall hooks.A few hiccups - the power in Stratford went out for a few hours midday and because the lock is a key pad, I wasn't able to lock the Vrbo when we left for our play. The wood on the front steps is spongy and in need of replacement. The fridge is funky with blue lighting and a see-through door; however, no freezer compartment was less helpful - no ice cubes, no way to freeze our ice packs for our cooler for the drive home with purchased chocolate gifts. Our mistake - leaving my husband's backpack behind - turned into over a week of spotty communication about getting it shipped to us. In the end, my father-in-law was nearby and picked it up to bring back to Ottawa. This was after we'd already sent an e-transfer for the shipping costs two days previously. We have not heard from the management yet about the money being refunded. We are unlikely to rent this space again as it didn't suit us particularly well.
