The house was absolutely perfect for our multigenerational vacation. We stayed here with four separate families. The pool was used every day. Close to a grocery store and activities. We went to zoom flume and the kids loved that.

Propery was very welcoming to pets. We did not use the pool since our stay was in the winter but we did use the hot tub and loved it!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property! It was perfect for our multigenerational family trip, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably. The house inside was clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.One of the highlights was the outdoor projector setup and fire pit—it was such a fun touch and created great family memories in the evenings. The location was also ideal: peaceful and private, yet only about a 10 min drive to town for groceries if we needed. Most importantly, the hosts were fantastic. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, they responded immediately and were incredibly helpful. They are truly customer service-oriented and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

This property has EVERYTHING enjoyable to create the vacation stay that you won’t want to end.. the tasteful detailed decor, the many amenities, breathtaking Mountain view, the quiet seclusion city folks crave, all on this clean and well kept property. Communication with Megan was an absolute pleasure!

This was a really beautiful house. Photos do not do it justice. Beautiful wall paper, stylish furniture. The space felt elevated and fancy like a stylish boutique hotel. We all remarked we wanted to hire the designer to come redo our own homes. We were 14 adults for a long weekend (Thursday-Sunday) and fit very comfortably. The bunk beds are maybe better for kids or smaller adults, but we were still able to use them. There are so many incredible hang out spaces, we never felt crowded. We spent a beautiful sunny day on the pool deck. We loved having both regular tables and high top tables outside and string lights over the pool. The grounds are also beautiful with stunning mountain views. The kitchen was very well equipped to make meals for our large group and we loved using the nice grill. Megan was an incredibly responsive host- responding to questions about furniture availability and road safety quickly after the area suffered a flood and I was anxious. I’ve rented plenty of homes for large groups and this exceeded my expectations. I wish I could keep this is a secret for me but since I can’t other people should know how good this house is.

Fantastic stay in the Catskills! We had a wonderful week with extended family, the house was a perfect size, plenty of space to all be together but also more private spaces for when people had to do some remote work or wanted some alone time. House was ready on time, was clean and exactly as advertised. We did encounter a problem on the first day with no hot water to a couple of the bathrooms - Megan was extremely responsive and had a plumber there within a couple of hours (on a Sunday morning) and it was all fixed.Outside spaces and pool were a family favorite - the pool is a nice size and super clean, the hot tub and fire pit were also very nice. Megan clearly takes care of everything well, pool guys came in the week to check the pool and add water as well as service the hot tub - all were extremely polite and unobtrusive.Kitchen was super well stocked - lots of plates, cutlery etc as well as all of the basic staples you might need (salt, pepper , herbs, oil etc etc) Three different options for coffee machine was perfect. Location was really good - easy to get to nearby towns (Hudson was 30 mins away and very cute) lots of options for hikes (both easy walks to more challenging hikes), drive in movie theater nearby was fun as wellOverall we couldn't have had a better time - thanks Megan for hosting us - we would love to come back next year!

This property was overall exactly what our family needed. The view was awesome and all necessary kitchen essentials were provided. The pool and hot tube were a big hit. However, operation of the hot tub was unclear and some of the bathrooms lacked hot water in the showers.
