Two step access was perfect for our arthritic senior dog. Extremely clean property with everything you need if you’re planning to cook. Comfortable bedding. Turkey and deer sittings on the property which was surprising considering proximity to a busy road. Yes, there is traffic noise, but access to town is a piece of cake.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're so glad to hear the easy access worked well for your senior pup, and that the clean, well-equipped home made cooking and resting comfortably. The turkey and deer sightings sound like such a lovely surprise, and it's great to know the location made trips into town a breeze. We'd love to welcome you and your furry companion back anytime!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful minus my son's foot injury due to a broken glass in the bedroom rug. (found 3 broken pieces of glass) The house was clean and well stocked with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to Asheville and Camp Ridgecrest. My guess is rugs are not vacuumed after each stay. I did run the vacuumed and we wore our shoes through the stay.

We're so sorry to hear about your son's injury — that's never how we want a stay to begin, and we hope he's healed up and doing well. Please know we've taken this seriously and passed it along to our team right away so it can be properly addressed. We're grateful you still found the home clean, well-stocked, and perfectly placed for exploring Asheville and getting to Camp Ridgecrest. Thank you for your patience and for sharing this so candidly, and we'd truly welcome the chance to host your family again.

We had an excellent stay! The space was clean and comfortable with everything we needed, including very comfortable beds! It was the perfect space for our group of 3 adults and 2 children. I especially enjoyed drinking my coffee on the deck in the mornings, listening to the birds.
