Charming Country House with Pool/Hot Tub in Village of Sag Harbor

Enjoy easy living in this well appointed one level home on just shy of an acre. Large eat in gourmet kitchen features Viking 6 burner stove, Miele Refrigerator and Dishwasher and granite counter tops. Utility room contains new Maytag washer and dryer. Master Bath and Hall Bath are newly renovated with granite and subway tiles.
Sip a cool drink on the front porch or step through the sliders off the kitchen to a spacous deck for alfresco dining using the propane Weber Grill. Step off the deck to the hot tub and 20 X 40 in ground pool next to the lavender garden. Get some sun in the lounge chairs by the pool.
Take a short walk to Main St Sag Harbor or a 5 minute ride to the Bay Beaches or a 15 minute ride to the Ocean Beaches.
There is a 2 week minimum.
The pool is not open in June.
